The present invention provides a method and a device for healing defects of a graphene oxide by flash annealing a graphene oxide-containing liquid-phase fluid in which a carbon donor and/or a reducing agent are/is dispersed. Since the present invention can heal structural or chemical defects which occur during graphene synthesis or processing through flash annealing in a fluid, various patterns and/or products/devices can be made using defective healed graphene-containing fluids.
본 발명은 탄소 제공원 및/또는 환원제가 분산된 산화그래핀 함유 액상 유체를 플래시 어닐링하여 산화그래핀의 결함을 치유하는 방법 및 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은, 그래핀의 합성 또는 공정 중에 발생하는 구조적, 화학적 결함을 유체상에서 플래시 어닐링을 통해 치유할 수 있으므로, 결함이 치유된 그래핀 함유 유체를 이용하여 다양한 패턴 및/또는 제품/소자를 제조할 수 있다.

본 발명은 탄소 제공원 및/또는 환원제가 분산된 산화그래핀 함유 액상 유체를 플래시 어닐링하여 산화그래핀의 결함을 치유하는 방법 및 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은, 그래핀의 합성 또는 공정 중에 발생하는 구조적, 화학적 결함을 유체상에서 플래시 어닐링을 통해 치유할 수 있으므로, 결함이 치유된 그래핀 함유 유체를 이용하여 다양한 패턴 및/또는 제품/소자를 제조할 수 있다.
