Ceiling finish apparatus and ceiling finish method using the same
The present invention provides a ceiling finishing installation apparatus capable of stability coupling a ceiling frame and a ceiling finishing method using the same. According to the present invention, the ceiling finishing installation apparatus comprises: a plurality of hangers installed on a ceiling; a plurality of carrier bars installed to be hung by the hangers; a plurality of T-bars installed to intersect with the carrier bar on the lower side of the carrier bar; a connection clip to integrally connect the carrier bar and the T-bar; a wedge type fixing device inserted between the connection clip and the carrier bar in a press-fitting type to increase coupling force between the carrier bar and the T-bar so as to increase seismic efficiency; and a finishing panel installed to place both ends on the upper part of a horizontal plate of the neighboring T-bar to finish a ceiling surface.
본 발명은 천장마감설치장치 및 이를 이용한 천장마감방법에 관한 것으로, 서로 교차되도록 설치되는 종래의 C형의 캐리어바가 아닌 ㅁ형 캐리어바와 T바를 연결클립을 이용 연결하여 종래 기술보다 캐리어바와 T바간 상호간의 접지면적을 훨썬 더 많이 확보하고, 연결클립의 내측으로 쐐기형 고정구를 설치하여 캐리어바와 연결클립의 결합력이 최고로 향상되도록 함으로써 양 결합체간의 결속능력이 향상되도록 하고, 연결클립을 T바에 끼움 결합하는 과정이 나비클립의 피스를 돌려 끼워 고정하는 종래의 복잡한 방법을 개선한 단순 간편한 탄력적인 결합이 가능하여 강한 외력에도 구성된 천장틀이 탈락이나 분리되지 않을 천장틀의 안정적인 결합이 가능하도록 하는 천장마감설치장치 및 이를 이용한 천장마감방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 천장에 설치되는 다수의 행거; 상기 행거에 걸려지도록 설치되는 다수의 캐리어바; 수평판과, 상기 수평판의 중심에서 수직하게 형성되는 수직판과, 상기 수직판의 상부에 형성되고 하부 양측에 상부방향으로 오목한 형태의 걸림홈이 형성되는 클립 걸림부로 이루어지고 상기 캐리어바의 하측에서 캐리어바와 교차되도록 설치되는 다수의 T바; 상기 캐리어바의 상부에서 캐리어바의 외측으로 끼워지고 하단이 상기 T바의 클립 걸림부에 형성된 걸림홈에 걸려지도록 체결됨으로써 캐리어바와 T바를 일체로 연결해주는 연결클립; 상기 연결클립과 캐리어바의 사이에 억지끼움 형태로 끼워져 캐리어바와 T바의 결합력을 향상시켜 방진효율이 향상되도록 하는 쐐기형 고정구; 이웃하는 T바의 수평판 상부에 양단이 놓여지도록 설치되어 천장면을 마감하는 마감패널;을 포함하여 구성된 천장마감장치 및 이를 이용한 천장마감방법에 관한 것을 그 기술적 요지로 한다.
