Coupling structure using the connection plate having rounded corners
The present invention relates to a connection structure, which uses a coupling plate with rounded edge to allow a worker to efficiently and easily perform connection works between pillars, between a pillar and a beam, and between beams, and permits rotation of the coupling plate in installation to prevent a problem that a worker or other members are caught by the coupling plate. Moreover, the outer side surface of a connection flat plate and a reinforcement rib are placed in a slightly inwardly recessed position more than upper and lower flanges, thereby providing advantages of performing welling well and not requiring grinding. Moreover, the top and the bottom of the inner side surface of the connection flat plate and the reinforcement rib are rounded, thereby providing an advantage of improving welding quality. According to the present invention, a pillar and a beam comprise a steel frame or member, and connection is realized by fastening the coupling plate to the pillar or the beam with a bolt, wherein the coupling plate has a plurality of bolt holes and has a rounded edge.
본 발명에 따른 연결 구조는 모서리가 둥근 접합판을 이용하기 때문에 기둥-기둥의 연결 작업, 기둥-보의 연결 작업, 및 보-보의 연결 작업이 효율적이고 용이하게 이루어질 수 있고 설치 작업시 접합판이 회전 가능하므로 작업자 또는 다른 부재가 접합판에 걸리는 문제를 방지할 수 있으며, 연결평판과 보강리브의 바깥쪽 측면이 상,하부 플랜지 보다 내측으로 약간 들어간 곳에 위치하므로 용접이 잘 이루어질 수 있고 그라인딩이 불필요하게 되며, 연결평판과 보강 리브의 내측면 상,하단이 둥글게 형성됨으로써 용접 품질이 향상될 수 있다는 장점을 갖는다.
