The present invention relates to a door frame of a folding door in which the door frame is formed by coupling a pair of vertical frames to a pair of horizontal frames. The vertical frame includes: a base frame; a first side frame and a second side frame that are slid-inserted and attached to both sides of the base frame; an outer window frame fit-attached to one side of an upper portion of the base frame; and an inner window frame slid-inserted and attached to the other side of the upper portion of the base frame. The horizontal frame, like the vertical frame, includes a base frame, a first side frame and a second side frame, an outer window frame, and an inner window frame, in which the base frame is formed at four corners therein with coupling rail holes to be coupled to the vertical frame, and synthetic resin is selected as a material of the side frame and the outer window frame constituting the horizontal frame and the vertical frame together with the structure of the horizontal frame and the vertical frame of the door frame, so that the heat insulating performance is significantly improved as compared with a structure and a material of the conventional folding door.
본 발명은 폴딩도어의 문짝구조에 관한 것으로, 한 쌍의 세로프레임과 한 쌍의 가로프레임이 각각 결합되어 이루어진 문짝구조에 있어서, 상기 각 세로프레임은, 기본틀; 상기 기본틀의 양쪽 측면에 각각 슬라이딩 삽입되어 부착되는 제1 측면틀과 제2 측면틀; 상기 기본틀의 상부 일측에 끼움부착되는 바깥창틀; 및 상기 기본틀의 상부 타측에 슬라이딩 삽입되어 부착되는 안창틀로 구성되고, 상기 각 가로프레임은, 상기 세로프레임과 같이 기본틀, 제1 측면틀과 제2 측면틀, 바깥창틀, 안창틀로 구성하되, 상기 기본틀은 내부의 네모서리 부분에 상기 세로프레임과의 결합을 위한 결합레일공이 각각 형성된 것이며, 문짝의 가로프레임과 세로프레임의 구조와 더불어 상기 가로프레임과 세로프레임을 구성하는 측면틀과 바깥창틀의 소재를 합성수지로 채택함으로써 종래 폴딩도어의 구조 및 소재에 비해 단열성능이 대폭적으로 향상되는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a door frame of a folding door in which the door frame is formed by coupling a pair of vertical frames to a pair of horizontal frames.
