A method for manufacturing a mixed granulated grouting material according to the present invention comprises the following steps: mixing bentonite with auxiliary components; forming spherical mixed granules by primarily stirring the mixture of bentonite and auxiliary components; drying the formed mixed granules; and mixing and secondarily stirring bentonite with the spherical mixed granules to form a bentonite layer for forming slurry on the outside of the mixed granules. The grouting material according to the present invention has excellent heat transfer characteristics and water-blocking ability.
본 발명에 의한 혼합 그래뉼 그라우팅재의 제조방법은, 벤토나이트와 보조 성분을 혼합하는 단계, 벤토나이트와 보조 성분의 혼합물을 1차 교반함으로써 구형상의 혼합 그래뉼을 형성하는 단계, 형성된 혼합 그래뉼을 건조하는 단계 및, 구형상의 혼합 그래뉼에 벤토나이트를 혼합 및 2차 교반함으로써 혼합 그래뉼의 외부에 슬러리 형성용의 벤토나이트층을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 그라우팅재는 우수한 열전달 특성과 차수 능력을 갖는다.

본 발명에 의한 혼합 그래뉼 그라우팅재의 제조방법은, 벤토나이트와 보조 성분을 혼합하는 단계, 벤토나이트와 보조 성분의 혼합물을 1차 교반함으로써 구형상의 혼합 그래뉼을 형성하는 단계, 형성된 혼합 그래뉼을 건조하는 단계 및, 구형상의 혼합 그래뉼에 벤토나이트를 혼합 및 2차 교반함으로써 혼합 그래뉼의 외부에 슬러리 형성용의 벤토나이트층을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 그라우팅재는 우수한 열전달 특성과 차수 능력을 갖는다.
