The present invention relates to a grating fixing device. According to the present invention, a grating installed on a bottom is fixed to a bottom beam with safety and firmness, for inseparable coupling, and by means of an upper clip, an inner clip, and a fixing bolt. In addition, even in a case where a very narrow space is formed, the coupling can be performed by the inner clip and the fixing bolt passing through the space. In the fixing device according to the present invention, a bearing bar (12) and a reinforcement partitioning connecting bar (13) are formed in a lattice form in an edge frame (11) and a grating (10) is fixed to a beam blade (51) of a bottom beam (50) with a reinforcement partitioning diagonal bar (14) fixed to the bearing bar (12) in various shapes. The present invention includes an upper clip (20) having an upper bending fixing tool (22) fixed on both sides to the bearing bar (12) and installing a fastening hole (21) in the middle; a lower clip (30) positioned on the lower side of the beam blade (51) with a long hole (32) formed in the middle and a lower bending fixing unit (33) protruding that has a blocking projection (34) and a support groove (35) positioned on the lower side of the bearing bar (12); and a fixing bolt (40) penetrating the long hole (32) after insertion into the fastening hole (21) and fixing the upper clip (20) and the lower clip (30) with a fixing nut (41).
본 발명은 그레이팅 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 바닥에 설치하는 그레이팅을 바닥 빔에 상부클립과 내부클립 및 고정볼트를 이용하여 안전하고 견고하게 결합하여 분리되지 않도록 고정하는 것이며, 아주 적은 공간이 형성되어 있는 경우에도 내부클립과 고정볼트가 공간을 통과하여 결합되도록 하는 그레이팅 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 테두리 후레임(11)의 내부에 베어링 바(12)와 보강구획 연결바(13)가 격자형태로 형성되며, 상기 베어링 바(12)에 다양한 형태로 고정되는 보강구획 대각선바(14)로 이루어지는 그레이팅(10)을 바닥 빔(50)의 빔 날개(51)에 고정하는 고정장치에 있어서, 상기 베어링 바(12)에 양쪽이 고정되는 상부절곡 고정구(22)가 형성되고 중앙에 체결구멍(21)을 설치하는 상부 클립(20)과; 상기 베어링 바(12)의 하측에 위치하는 지지홈(35)과 차단돌기(34)가 형성되는 하부 절곡 고정부(33)가 돌출되고 중앙에 장공(32)이 형성되어 빔 날개(51)의 하측에 위치하는 하부 클립(30)과; 상기 체결구멍(21)에 삽입된 후 장공(32)을 관통하며 고정너트(41)로 상부 클립(20)과 하부 클립(30)을 고정하는 고정볼트(40)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
The present invention relates to a grating fixing device.
