Provided is a lane painting method using a lane painting device. The lane painting device includes: a cutting part having two cutter blades and a chisel cutter blade disposed at the front of the side of the lane painting device, which cuts a road pavement surface in order to form a groove in a road pavement surface; an inhaling part disposed at the rear of the chisel cutter blade and having an inhaler for inhaling excretion of the cut road pavement surface and an excretion storage; an adhesion spraying part disposed at the rear of the inhaling part; a painting part disposed at the rear of the adhesion spraying part; and a reflector spraying part disposed at the rear of the painting part; a guard formed at the front of the lane cutting device, wherein the chisel cutter blade has an outer blade and an inner blade to adjust the width. Moreover, the lane painting method using the lane painting device comprises the steps of: (a) cutting with the two cutter blades located at the front of the lane painting device; (b) cutting the road pavement surface remaining inside with the chisel cutter blade after the step (a); (c) inhaling residues of the cut road pavement surface; (d) spraying an adhesive on the cut road pavement surface; (e) spraying paint on the adhesive; and (f) spraying reflector on the paint, wherein the chisel cutter blade pushes out the road pavement surface by adjusting the width using the outer blade and the inner blade. The lane painting method using the lane painting device can reduce a lane painting duration, secure a driver′s visibility, and enhance abrasive property, durability and lifespan of painting.

본 발명의 차선도색장치를 이용한 차선도색공법에 있어서, 도로 포장면에 홈을 형성하기 위하여 도로 포장면을 절삭하는 상기 차선도색장치의 측면 전방에 두 개의 커터날과 끌 커터날로 구성되는 커팅부; 상기 끌 커터날의 후방에 구성되고 절삭된 도로 포장면의 분비물을 흡착하는 흡입기와 분비물저장고를 포함하는 흡입부; 상기 흡입부의 후방에 구성되는 접착살포부; 상기 접착살포부의 후방에 구성되는 도색부; 상기 도색부의 후방에 구성되는 반사체살포부; 상기 차선절삭장치의 전방에 형성되는 가드; 및 상기 끌 커터날은 폭 조절이 가능하도록 외부날과 내부날로 나누어 구성되는 차선도색장치를 제공한다. 또한, 차선도색장치를 이용한 차선도색공법에 있어서, (a) 상기 차선도색장치의 전방에 위치한 두 개의 커터날로 절삭하는 단계; (b) 상기 (a)단계 이후, 안쪽에 남은 도로 포장면을 끌 커터날로 절삭하는 단계; (c) 절삭된 도로 포장면의 찌꺼기를 흡입하는 단계; (d) 상기 절삭된 도로 포장면에 접착제를 살포하는 단계; (e) 상기 접착제 위에 도료를 살포하는 단계; 및 (f) 상기 도료위에 반사체를 살포하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 끌 커터날은 외부날과 내부날로 폭을 조절하여 도로 포장면을 밀어내는 것을 특징으로 하는 차선도색공법을 제공한다. 이를 통해 차선도색시공 시간이 단축되며, 운전자의 시인성 확보, 도색의 마모성, 내구성, 장수성이 향상되는 차선도색장치를 이용한 차선도색공법을 제공 한다.
