STREET TREE SUPPORTER FOR ROAD BOUND
Disclosed is a street tree supporter for road boundary. The street tree supporter for road boundary according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base part directly mounted on the ground surface, arranged to be vertically erected on the ground surface, wherein one side is exposed toward a roadway; and a buffering part combined with the base part, arranged in a footway to be buried in the ground, having an inner mold formed to slide along an inner surface of an outer mold so that the inner mold moves straightly toward the roadway in a state that the outer mold is fixed in order to prevent external force applied from street trees from being directly transferred to the outer mold. According to the present invention, in place of existing boundary stones, the street tree supporter for road boundary, which has the buffering part for preventing external force applied from street trees from being directly transferred to the outer mold by moving straightly toward the roadway in the state that the outer mold is fixed, if external force is applied from street trees, is mounted between the roadway and the footway. So, even though external force caused by the growth of street trees is applied to the boundary zone between the roadway and the footway, because the corresponding zone can be kept in place for a long period of time, the street tree supporter according to the present invention can prevent damages of the roadway and the footway, maintain the fine view, and reduce expenses by remarkably reducing the number of times that the boundary zone is reconstructed.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 도로 경계용 가로수 지지 장치는 지면에 직접적으로 설치되어 지면에 대하여 수직으로 세워진 상태로 배치되고, 일면이 차도 측으로 노출되는 기초부, 그리고 상기 기초부에 결합되어 지면에 매립된 상태로 보도 측에 배치되고, 내형이 외형의 내면을 따라 슬라이드 이동 가능한 구조로 형성되어, 상기 내형에 가로수로부터 외력이 가해질 경우, 상기 외형이 고정된 상태에서 상기 내형이 상기 차도 측으로 직선 이동하여, 상기 가로수로부터 가해진 외력이 상기 외형에 직접적으로 전달되는 것을 차단하는 완충부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 종래의 경계석을 대신하여, 가로수로부터 외력이 가해질 경우, 외형이 고정된 상태에서 내형이 차도 측으로 직선 이동하며 가로수로부터 가해지는 외력이 외형에 직접적으로 전달되는 것을 차단하는 완충부를 구비한 도로 경계용 가로수 지지 장치를 차도와 보도 사이에 설치함으로써, 가로수의 성장에 의한 외력이 장기간에 걸쳐 차도와 보도의 경계부위에 작용하더라도, 해당 부위가 장기간 제 위치를 그대로 유지할 수 있게 되어 도로 및 보도의 파손을 예방함은 물론, 세련된 미관을 유지할 수 있으며, 경계부위의 재시공 회수를 현저히 저감하여 비용을 절감할 수 있다.

Disclosed is a street tree supporter for road boundary. The street tree supporter for road boundary according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base part directly mounted on the ground surface, arranged to be vertically erected on the ground surface, wherein one side is exposed toward a roadway; and a buffering part combined with the base part, arranged in a footway to be buried in the ground, having an inner mold formed to slide along an inner surface of an outer mold so that the inner mold moves straightly toward the roadway in a state that the outer mold is fixed in order to prevent external force applied from street trees from being directly transferred to the outer mold. According to the present invention, in place of existing boundary stones, the street tree supporter for road boundary, which has the buffering part for preventing external force applied from street trees from being directly transferred to the outer mold by moving straightly toward the roadway in the state that the outer mold is fixed, if external force is applied from street trees, is mounted between the roadway and the footway. So, even though external force caused by the growth of street trees is applied to the boundary zone between the roadway and the footway, because the corresponding zone can be kept in place for a long period of time, the street tree supporter according to the present invention can prevent damages of the roadway and the footway, maintain the fine view, and reduce expenses by remarkably reducing the number of times that the boundary zone is reconstructed.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 도로 경계용 가로수 지지 장치는 지면에 직접적으로 설치되어 지면에 대하여 수직으로 세워진 상태로 배치되고, 일면이 차도 측으로 노출되는 기초부, 그리고 상기 기초부에 결합되어 지면에 매립된 상태로 보도 측에 배치되고, 내형이 외형의 내면을 따라 슬라이드 이동 가능한 구조로 형성되어, 상기 내형에 가로수로부터 외력이 가해질 경우, 상기 외형이 고정된 상태에서 상기 내형이 상기 차도 측으로 직선 이동하여, 상기 가로수로부터 가해진 외력이 상기 외형에 직접적으로 전달되는 것을 차단하는 완충부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 종래의 경계석을 대신하여, 가로수로부터 외력이 가해질 경우, 외형이 고정된 상태에서 내형이 차도 측으로 직선 이동하며 가로수로부터 가해지는 외력이 외형에 직접적으로 전달되는 것을 차단하는 완충부를 구비한 도로 경계용 가로수 지지 장치를 차도와 보도 사이에 설치함으로써, 가로수의 성장에 의한 외력이 장기간에 걸쳐 차도와 보도의 경계부위에 작용하더라도, 해당 부위가 장기간 제 위치를 그대로 유지할 수 있게 되어 도로 및 보도의 파손을 예방함은 물론, 세련된 미관을 유지할 수 있으며, 경계부위의 재시공 회수를 현저히 저감하여 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
