PERFORATED CONCRETE BLOCK MANUFACTURING FORM AND PERFORATED CONCRETE REINFORCED BLOCK
The present invention relates to a perforated reinforced concrete block and a form for fabricating the same. The perforated reinforced concrete block is provided with a plurality of perforated portions at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction. A seating protrusion protrudes downwardly from a lower portion of the block body at a rear side, and a seating groove corresponding to the seating protrusion is formed on an upper portion thereof. An upper portion of a partition between the perforated portion and other adjacent perforated portion is provided with a hoisting portion. Therefore, it is possible to easily hoist the reinforced block, thereby quickly performing hoisting work. Also, it is possible to sufficiently resist soil pressure acting on a rear surface, thereby further increasing stability. Also, since the block body is fabricated by a foldable foam, productivity can be improved to reduce costs, and a construction period can be shortened.
이 건 발명은 유공 콘트리트 보강블록 및 유공 콘크리트 보강블록 제조 거푸집에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 이 건 발명은 블록몸체 내부에 유공부가 형성된 유공 콘트리트 보강블록에 있어서, 상기 블록몸체의 내부에 길이 방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 유공부가 반복되게 형성되어지고, 상기 블록몸체 하부의 후방측에 안착돌부가 하향으로 형성되어지며, 상부의 후방측에 상기 안착돌부와 대응되는 안착홈부가 형성되어지고, 상기 유공부와 이웃하는 다른 유공부 사이의 격벽 상부에 인양부가 형성되어짐을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 이 건 발명은 보강블록의 인양이 용이하게 이루어져 작업이 신속하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 가운데 배면으로부터 작용하는 토압에 충분하게 저항할 수 있도록 하여 안정성을 더 높일 수 있도록 하고, 아울러 블록몸체가 접이식 거푸집을 이용하여 제조되도록 함으로써, 생산성을 높여 전체적으로 비용을 줄이는 가운데 시공기간을 단축시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.
