The present invention relates to a hose pump for concrete mortar to supply concrete mortar to a place to use the concrete mortar when a concrete structure is constructed. The hose pump includes: a housing body fixedly installed on an upper surface of a base frame in an upright state, and provided on an inner wall thereof with a semicircular running rail having a similar shape formed by vertically cutting the middle of an ellipse; a cover coupled to a front of the housing body; a hose fitted in the housing to come into close contact with an inner wall surface of the housing, and guiding the concrete mortar to be introduced to one side thereof and to be discharged to an opposite side; a rotor rotatably installed inside the housing to press-transfer, while rotating, the concrete mortar by pressing the hose in one direction; and a driving motor installed at a rear of the housing to rotate the rotor, wherein the rotor includes a rotating shaft connected to an output shaft of the driving motor, a pair of rotary plates installed on and rotated with the rotating shaft, and a roller disposed between the rotary plates in order to be rotatable about an axis perpendicular to the rotary plate, and wherein the roller includes pressing rollers installed at an angle of 180° to transfer the material in the hose by pressing the hose, and a guide roller installed between the pressing rollers to slightly press the hose to prevent the hose from being pushed back upon pressing.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 신축시 콘크리트몰탈을 사용처에 압송 공급하기 위한 콘크리트 몰탈용 호스펌프에 관한 것이다. 그의 구성은; 베이스프레임 상면에 세워진 상태로 고정 설치되는 것으로서, 타원의 중간을 세로로 절단한 것과 유사한 형태로서 내측벽에 반원 형태의 주행레일을 마련하고 있는 하우징본체; 상기 하우징 본체의 전방에 결합되는 덮개; 상기 하우징의 내벽면에 밀착되도록 상기 하우징 내부에 끼워지며 일측으로는 콘크리트몰탈이 유입되고 타측으로는 콘크리트몰탈이 유출되도록 가이드하는 호스; 상기 하우징 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 것으로서 회전하면서 상기 호스를 일방향을 압착함으로써 콘크리트몰탈을 압송하는 로터; 상기 로터를 회전시키기 위하여 상기 하우징 후방에 설치되는 구동모터;를 포함하는 콘크리트몰탈용 호스펌프에 있어서; 상기 로터는 구동모터의 출력축과 연결되는 회전축; 상기 회전축상에 설치되어 그와 함께 회전되는 한 쌍의 회전판; 상기 회전판 사이에 상기 회전판에 수직을 이루는 축을 중심으로 축회전 가능하게 설치되는 롤러;를 포함하되; 상기 롤러는; 상기 호스를 압착하여 그 내부의 물질을 이송시키기 위한 것으로서 180°의 각도를 두고 설치되는 압착롤러; 상기 압착롤러 사이에 설치되는 것으로서 상기 호스를 살짝 눌러 압착시 뒤로 밀리는 것을 방지하기 위한 가이드롤러;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a hose pump for concrete mortar to supply concrete mortar to a place to use the concrete mortar when a concrete structure is constructed.
