The present invention relates to a smart parking system of a multi-level parking garage that can quickly move incoming or outgoing vehicles by a lifting device. The smart parking system includes: a parking unit for both incoming and outgoing vehicles having left and right conveyor belts which are rotated in an endless track fashion; a control unit, disposed at a center of the parking unit, for controlling a power of a power transmission unit, and a rotation direction, speed and rotating distance of the left and right conveyor belts to move the vehicle transferred from the parking unit in left and right directions; a guide unit having a pair of front and rear guide rails which are opposite to each other in a space between the vehicles to be parked; and a lifting device for lifting the vehicle in an elevator fashion and moving the vehicle forward or backward along the guide unit. The lifting device has a vehicle lifting panel for lifting the vehicle, and a front/rear slider panel installed on an upper portion of the vehicle lifting panel and having a plurality of rollers which are provided to both sides to move along the front/rear guide rail of the guide unit, a roller actuator for providing a rotation force to the rollers, and an interlocking conveyor belt rotating in cooperation with the left and right conveyor belts of the parking unit for both incoming and outgoing vehicles.
