Top Pile Assembly for Reinforcing Soft Ground
The present invention relates to a top pile for reinforcing soft ground with easy installation that is capable of rigidly maintaining assembling state and being easy in installation and assembling. According to the present invention, the top pile includes: a top-shaped body (10) having an accommodation space (A) formed at the interior thereof; and at least one pair of insertion portions (20A, 20B) and coupling portions (30A, 30B) formed along the upper outer periphery of the body (10) at intervals of 90°, wherein the insertion portions (20A, 20B) protrude outward from the body (10) and have shapes of rectangular blocks whose interiors are hollow, while having locking plates (21) disposed on both sides of the blocks in such a manner as to elastically operate inward through pressing of protruding portions thereof, and the coupling portions (30A, 30B) protrude inward from the body (10) and have shapes of rectangular blocks whose interiors are hollow, while having coupling holes (31) penetrated into both sides of the blocks in such a manner as to be lockedly inserted into the locking plates (21), so that the locking plates (21) of the insertion portions (20A, 20B) are insertedly coupled to the coupling holes (31) of the coupling portions (30A, 30B), thereby allowing the top piles to be rapidly connected with each other and rigidly maintaining the coupling state between the top piles.
본 발명은 연약지반 보강용 팽이파일에 관한 것으로, 내부에 수용공간(A)이 형성된 팽이 형상의 본체(10)와; 본체(10)의 상부 외측에 둘레를 따라 90°간격을 두고 적어도 한 쌍씩 형성되는 삽입부(20A, 20B) 및 결합부(30A, 30B);로 이루어지고, 삽입부(20A, 20B)는 각각 본체(10)의 외측을 향해 돌출되며 내부가 중공인 직사각의 블록으로 이루어지고, 블록의 양 외측면에는 각각 외측으로 돌출된 부분의 눌림 동작에 의해 내측으로 탄성 동작하는 걸림판(21)이 형성되며, 결합부(30A, 30B)는 본체(10)의 내측을 향해 돌출되며 내부가 중공인 직사각의 블록으로 이루어지고, 블록의 양 외측면에는 각각 걸림판(21)이 내측에 삽입되어 걸림되도록 결합공(31)이 관통 형성됨으로써 결합부(30A, 30B)의 결합공(31)에 삽입부(20A, 20B)의 걸림판(21)이 삽입되어 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 팽이파일의 연결작업이 신속하게 이루어질 수 있으며, 또한 팽이파일 간의 결합상태가 견고하게 유지된다.
