The present invention relates to a one-touch type tent with an improved locking function, in which a strong locking structure is easy to use by a simple configuration, as well as increasing working reliability thereof. The tent includes a foldable cover (11) of a desired size which is supported by a pole shaft unit (20) formed by integrally connecting a plurality of pole shafts (22). The pole shaft unit (20) includes a pole shaft body (21) having a slide hole (29) vertically formed in a center, a locking hole (41) horizontally formed in one side of the slide hole (29), and a plurality of mounting holes (30) formed along an edge of the slide hole (29); a shaft (23) of a rod type which is mounted in the slide hole (29) to be slid in a vertical direction, of which an outer peripheral surface is provided with a rack gear (33) in a longitudinal direction; a pinion gear (39) formed on an end of the pole shaft (22) and rotatably engaged to the pole shaft body (21), the pinion bear (39) being meshed with the rack gear (33) of the shaft (23) through the mounting hole (30); a resiliently locking boss (35) provided on one side of the shaft (23) in a longitudinal direction and being able to be resiliently inserted into the locking hole (41); and an operation lever (26) hinged to one side of the pole shaft body (21) and pushing the resiliently locking boss (35) out of from the locking hole (41) to release the locking state.

본 발명은 간단한 구성에 의한 견고한 락킹구조에 의해 사용상의 편리함을 제공함과 동시에 장치의 작동 신뢰성을 증대시킬 수 있는 락킹기능이 개선된 원터치 텐트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 다수의 폴대(22)가 일체로 결합된 폴대유닛(20)에 의해 일정 크기의 덮개막(11)을 펼친 상태로 지지하거나 접힘 가능하도록 된 텐트에 있어서; 상기 폴대유닛(20)은 중앙부에 상하방향으로 슬라이드공(29)이 형성됨과 동시에 상기 슬라이드공(29)의 일측에 수평방향으로 걸림공(41)이 형성되고, 상기 슬라이드공(29)의 둘레를 따라 다수의 장착공(30)이 형성된 폴대바디(21)와; 상기 슬라이드공(29) 상에 상하방향으로 슬라이드 가능하게 장착되는 봉형상으로 구비되되, 외주상에 길이방향을 따라 랙기어부(33)가 형성된 샤프트(23)와; 상기 폴대(22)의 단부측에 형성되어 상기 폴대바디(21) 상에 회동 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 장착공(30)을 통해 상기 샤프트(23)의 랙기어부(33)에 치합되는 피니언기어부(39)와; 상기 샤프트(23)의 길이방향 일측에 구비되어 상기 걸림공(41)에 탄성적으로 삽입 가능하도록 된 탄성걸림돌기(35)와; 상기 폴대바디(21)의 일측에 힌지결합되어 상기 탄성걸림돌기(35)를 걸림공(41)으로부터 밀어내어 걸림상태를 해제하도록 된 작동레버(26)를 포함하는 락킹기능이 개선된 원터치 텐트가 제공된다.
