The present invention relates to a mold for producing insert-embedded electric power spheres. The mold for producing insert-embedded electric power spheres according to one embodiment of the present invention includes, sequentially, a double bolt in which a first bolt portion, an exponential ring coupling portion and a second bolt portion are formed, an exponential ring coupled to the exponential ring coupling portion, an insert coupled to the first bolt portion, and a mold having a nut portion coupled to the second bolt portion and an insert insertion hole into which the insert is inserted so as to communicate with each other. It is not necessary to separately work for installing a support in the electric power spheres, and the electric power spheres can be precast and the insert can be easily embedded.
본 발명은 인서트가 매입되는 전력구 제작용 거푸집에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인서트가 매입되는 전력구 제작용 거푸집은 순차적으로 제 1 볼트부, 지수링 결합부 및 제 2 볼트부가 형성되는 이중볼트, 지수링 결합부에 결합되는 지수링, 제 1 볼트부와 결합되는 인서트, 제 2 볼트부와 결합되는 너트부와 인서트가 삽입되는 인서트 삽입홀이 서로 연통되게 형성되는 몰드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a mold for producing insert-embedded electric power spheres. 본 발명은 인서트가 매입되는 전력구 제작용 거푸집에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인서트가 매입되는 전력구 제작용 거푸집은 순차적으로 제 1 볼트부, 지수링 결합부 및 제 2 볼트부가 형성되는 이중볼트, 지수링 결합부에 결합되는 지수링, 제 1 볼트부와 결합되는 인서트, 제 2 볼트부와 결합되는 너트부와 인서트가 삽입되는 인서트 삽입홀이 서로 연통되게 형성되는 몰드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
