Extra-high voltage transformer with safety ladder
The present invention provides an ultra-high voltage transformer having a safety boarding means, comprising: an attachment plate attached to an upper end of a side surface of the ultra-high voltage transformer; a bracket formed on the attachment plate; a ladder having an upper end coupled to the bracket to be rotatable by means of a shaft; a spring formed between the ladder and the attachment plate and having elasticity applied thereto to be able to raise the ladder from the bottom; a switch positioned between the attachment plate and the ladder to make contact when a load equal to or greater than the elasticity of the spring is applied to the ladder in an energized state of the ultra-high voltage transformer, thereby driving an alarm device; a control unit controlling the switch and the alarm device; and a power supply unit supplying electric power to the switch, the control unit, the alarm device, and the like. The present invention has an effect of warning workers, who climb over the ultra-high voltage transformer in the energized state to work by carelessness, of the energized state before climbing the ultra-high voltage transformer in order to protect the workers from an electric shock, thereby preventing an accident.
본 발명은 초고압변압기의 측면 상단에 부착되는 부착판과, 상기 부착판에 형성된 브라켓과 상기 브라켓에 축에 의해 회전 가능토록 상단이 결합되는 사다리와, 상기 사다리와 부착판 사이에 형성되고 사다리를 바닥으로 부터 들어줄 수 있도록 탄력이 작용하는 스프링과, 상기 부착판과 사다리 사이에 위치하여 초고압변압기가 활선상태에서 사다리에 스프링의 탄성이상의 무게가 가해지면 접점이 이루어져 경보장치를 구동하기 위한 스위치와, 상기 스위치와 경보장치를 제어하기 위한 제어부와 스위치 및 제어부, 경보장치 등에 전력을 공급하기 위한 전원부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 안전승탑수단을 구비하는 초고압변압기을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 부주의로 인해 활선상태에서 초고압변압기 위로 올라가 작업하는 작업자들을 감전으로 부터 보호할 수 있도록 초고압변압기에 올라가기전 작업자에게 활선상태임을 경보하여 안전사고를 예방할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
