APPARATUS FOR CLEANING DRAINAGE OF TUNNELS
Disclosed is an apparatus to clean a gutter of a tunnel, comprising: a body unit used for cleaning deposits piled on a gutter of a road shoulder inside a tunnel, having an upwardly convex upper surface, and having a lower opening part formed on a lower surface; a wheel unit installed on front and rear sides of the body unit to move the body unit on the ground while being spaced apart from the ground; a nozzle body penetrating and installed in the body unit to inject high pressure air to the deposits placed under the bottom part of the body unit in a downward direction; a scattering prevention film disposed around the bottom part of the body unit to prevent the deposits crushed and scattered by the high pressure air from going out of the body unit; and an air compressor to supply the high pressure air to the nozzle body. According to the present invention, provided are effects of quickly and effectively crushing and removing the deposits inside the gutter, and easily collecting the crushed deposits. Moreover, the scattering prevention film is formed around the bottom part of the body to prevent the deposits crushed and scattered by the high pressure air from going out of the body unit, thereby providing effects of neatly cleaning the gutter and realizing safe and pleasant working and tunnel environments.
터널 배수로 청소장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 터널 배수로 청소장치는, 터널 내 갓길 배수로에 쌓인 퇴적물을 청소하기 위해 사용되고, 상면이 위쪽으로 볼록하고, 하면에 하방개구부가 마련된 바디부; 상기 바디부가 지면에서 이격된 상태로 이동하도록, 상기 바디부의 전후방에 각각 설치되는 바퀴부; 고압에어가 상기 바디부 내측의 퇴적물에 대하여 하향경사방향으로 분사되도록, 상기 바디부에 관통설치되는 노즐체; 고압에어에 의해 파쇄되어 비산된 퇴적물이 상기 바디부의 내측을 이탈하지 않도록, 상기 바디부의 하단부 둘레를 따라 구비되는 비산방지막; 및 상기 노즐체에 고압에어를 제공하는 에어컴프레셔를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 배수로 내의 퇴적물을 신속하고 효과적으로 파쇄 및 제거할 수 있고, 파쇄된 퇴적물의 수거작업이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있으며, 또한, 고압에어에 의해 파쇄되어 비산된 퇴적물이 바디부의 내측을 이탈하지 않도록 바디부의 하단부 둘레를 따라 비산방지막이 마련됨에 따라 깔끔한 배수로 청소작업이 이루어짐은 물론, 안전하고 쾌적한 작업환경 및 터널환경의 조성이 가능해지는 효과가 있다.
