Connecting plate of a concrete pile and manufacturing method for connecting plate thereof
The present invention provides a concrete pile connecting plate and a method of manufacturing the same, comprising: an annular rim with a plurality of bolt engagement holes drilled in the circumferential direction so that a through hole is formed in a center and spaced apart at a predetermined interval; a bend extending upward from an outer edge of the annular rim; a latching jaw extending horizontally from an upper end of a bending unit; and a connecting unit formed so that the concave groove for accommodating a bolt head is formed in a bent unit corresponding to the bolt engagement hole. According to the present invention, in manufacturing the pile connecting plate which can facilitate engagement when the concrete piles are connected to each other, since the bending unit, the latching jaw and the bolt engagement hole are manufactured by a pressing method and only the concave groove can be manufactured by boring operation, manufacturing is easy, and the manufacturing cost and the manufacturing time are reduced.
본 발명은 중앙에 통공이 형성되고 일정간격 이격되도록 빙둘러서 다수개의 볼트결합공이 천공된 환형 테두리와, 상기 환형 테두리 외측 가장자리로 부터 상부로 연장되는 절곡부와, 상기 절곡부 상단으로 부터 수평으로 연장되는 걸림턱과, 상기 절곡부에는 볼트머리가 내장되기 위한 오목홈이 볼트결합공에 대응되어 형성되도록 구성되는 연결부를 구비하는 콘크리트 파일연결플레이트 및 그의 제조방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 콘크리트 파일을 서로 연결할 때 결합의 편리성을 도모할 수 있는 파일연결플레이트를 제작함에 있어 절곡부와 걸림턱, 볼트결합공은 프레싱공법에 의해 제작하고, 오목홈만 보오링작업에 의해 제작가능함으로써 제작이 용이하고, 또 제작비용 및 제작시간을 절감할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명이다.
