Method of Repair for Rooftop Drain Using Drain Units for Rooftop
The present invention relates to a method to repair a rooftop drain, comprising: a step (a) of removing a waterproof layer around an existing drain; a step (b) of coupling a rooftop drain unit to the existing drain, wherein the rooftop drain unit comprises a first drain pipe, a second drain pipe connected to the first drain pipe, a connection part connecting the first and second drain pipes and having a fixing part formed at a boundary portion with the first drain pipe, and a separation means for drainage fixed to the fixing part; a step (c) of installing an insulation material around the existing drain and depositing concrete; and a step (d) of installing a drain cap on the rooftop drain unit and performing waterproof coating. According to the present invention, provided are effects of reducing manufacturing cost, good durability, and preventing micro leakage occurring by water droplets condensed on an insulation material layer since the water droplets condensed on the insulation material layer is drained.
본 발명은 다음의 단계를 포함하는 옥상 드레인 보수방법을 제공한다: (a) 기존 드레인 주변의 방수층을 철거하는 단계; (b) 상기 기존 드레인에 제1 드레인 관로; 상기 제1 드레인 관로와 연결된 제2 드레인 관로; 상기 제1 드레인 관로와 제2 드레인 관로를 연결하고, 상기 제1 드레인 관로와의 경계 부분에 고정부가 형성된 연결부; 및 상기 고정부에 고정되는 배수용 이격수단을 포함하는 옥상용 드레인 유닛을 결합하는 단계; (c) 상기 기존 드레인 주변에 단열재를 설치한 후, 콘크리트를 타설하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 옥상용 드레인 유닛에 드레인 캡을 설치한 후, 방수 코팅 처리하는 단계. 본 발명의 옥상용 드레인 유닛을 이용한 옥상 드레인 보수방법은 제작비용이 저렴하고, 내구성이 튼튼한 것은 물론, 단열재 층에 응결된 물방울을 배출할 수 있어 단열재 층에 응결된 물방울이 빠져나가지 못하기 때문에 발생할 수 있는 미세 누수 현상을 방지할 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.
