Construction structure of balcony integral type building structure
The present invention relates to a building structure construction structure to integrally form a balcony, capable of simultaneously constructing the balcony and a wall, a ceiling, or a floor. According to the present invention, the building structure construction structure to integrally form a balcony comprises: a prestressed concrete (PC) deck plate mounted on the upper side of a wall or a beam to form the indoor ceiling or floor of a building structure, and formed in a plain plate shape to be installed by burying a part of a front connection member on an upper surface to deposit concrete thereon; a deck plate including a first body formed in a plain plate shape and the front connection member installed by being partially buried on the upper surface of the first body to deposit the concrete thereon; a first mold plate coupled to the PC deck plate by the concrete to insulate the indoor side of the building structure, coupled to one side surface of the deck plate to restrict a deposition space, in which the concrete is deposited, on the deck plate, and including a plurality of connection members penetrated and installed to place one side on the upper side of the deck plate and place the other side on the outside of the deck plate; a second mold plate coupled to the remaining side surface of the deck plate to restrict the deposition space, in which the concrete is deposited, on the deck plate, and coupled to the concrete to form an outer finishing surface; and a balcony construction unit mounted on the upper side of the wall or the beam by being spaced apart from the PC deck plate at a predetermined interval while the other sides of the connection members are placed on the upper side of the PC deck plate to be connected to the PC deck plate.
본 발명은, 발코니를 일체로 형성하는 건축구조물의 시공구조에 관한 것으로, 건축구조물의 실내측 천정 또는 바닥을 형성하도록 벽체 또는 보 상측에 안착되되, 평면의 플레이트 형태로 형성되어 콘크리트가 타설되는 상면에 전단연결부재의 일부가 매립되어 설치된 피씨 데크 플레이트; 및 평면의 플레이트 형태로 형성되는 제1 몸체와, 상기 콘크리트가 타설되는 상기 제1 몸체의 상면에 일부가 매립되어 설치되는 전단연결부재를 포함하는 데크 플레이트와, 상기 콘크리트에 의해 상기 피씨 데크 플레이트와 접합하여 상기 건축구조물의 실내측 단열을 하면서 상기 데크 플레이트 상에 상기 콘크리트가 타설되는 타설 공간을 한정하도록 상기 데크 플레이트의 일 측면에 결합되며, 일 측은 상기 데크 플레이트 상측에 위치하고 타측은 상기 데크 플레이트의 외측에 위치하도록 복수 개의 연결부재들이 관통 삽입되어 있는 제1 거푸집 플레이트 및 상기 데크 플레이트 상에 상기 콘크리트가 타설되는 상기 타설 공간을 한정하도록 상기 데크 플레이트의 나머지 측면에 결합되며, 상기 콘크리트와 결합하여 외부 마감면을 형성하는 제2 거푸집 플레이트를 포함하고, 상기 피씨 데크 플레이트와 연결되도록 상기 연결부재들의 타측이 상기 피씨 데크 플레이트 상측에 위치하면서 상기 벽체 또는 상기 보의 상측에 상기 피씨 데크 플레이트와 설정 간격 이격되어 안착되는 발코니 시공유닛을 포함한다.
