Agricultural drainage manufacture method
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an agricultural drain, comprising: a mold assembly step of assembling a mold in which an inner mold formed in a rectangular box shape is inserted and fixed to a center of an inner lower side of an outer mold formed in a box shape having an opened upper part, and each accommodation space is formed between an upper side and both sides of the inner mold and inner both sides of the outer mold; a mesh installation step of installing a mesh at a central part in the accommodation space formed in the mold; a specific body insertion space forming step of forming a plurality of insertion spaces by cutting the mesh such that a plurality of special bodies are inserted into an upper side of the mesh; a fixing special body insertion and installation step of inserting a special body into each of the insertion spaces formed on the upper side of the mesh, and coupling, fixing and installing the special body and the mesh; a mortar injection step of injecting mortar into the accommodation space of both sides of the mold; a vibration forming step of allowing the mortar injected into the accommodation space of the mold to uniformly flow into a space between the accommodation space of the mold and the special body by vibrating an outer side of the mold with a vibrator; a curing step of curing the mortar injected into the accommodation space of the mold; and a mold separation step of separating the mortar from the mold when the mortar injected into the accommodation space of the mold is completely cured.
본 발명은 농업용 배수로의 제조방법에 있어서, 사각형 박스형태로 형성되는 내부금형이 상부가 개방된 박스형태로 형성되는 외부금형의 내측 하부 중앙에 인입 고정되어 내부금형의 상부측 및 양측과 외부금형의 내양측 사이에 각각 수용공간이 형성되는 거푸집을 조립하는 거푸집 조립단계; 상기 거푸집에 형성되는 수용공간 내의 중앙부에 메쉬를 설치하는 메쉬 설치단계; 상기 메쉬의 상부측에 다수의 특수체가 삽입되도록 메쉬를 절단하여 삽입공간을 형성하는 특수체 삽입공간 형성단계; 상기 메쉬의 상부측에 형성된 다수의 삽입공간 각각에 특수체를 삽입시키고, 특수체와 메쉬를 결합 고정설치하는 고정특수체 삽입 설치단계; 상기 거푸집 양측부의 수용공간 내에 몰타르를 주입하는 몰타르 주입단계; 상기 거푸집의 외측면을 진동기로 진동시켜 거푸집의 수용공간 내에 주입된 몰타르가 거푸집의 수용공간 및 특수체 사이공간으로 골루 유입되도록 하는 진동 성형단계; 상기 거푸집의 수용공간 내에 주입된 몰타르를 양생하는 양생단계; 상기 거푸집의 수용공간 내에 주입된 몰타르가 완전히 양생되면 거푸집으로부터 분리시키는 거푸집 분리단계;를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 농업용 배수로의 제조방법에 있어서, 사각형 박스형태로 형성되는 내부금형이 상부가 개방된 박스형태로 형성되는 외부금형의 내측 하부 중앙에 인입 고정되어 내부금형의 상부측 및 양측과 외부금형의 내양측 사이에 각각 수용공간이 형성되는 거푸집을 조립하는 거푸집 조립단계; 상기 거푸집에 형성되는 수용공간 내의 중앙부에 메쉬를 설치하는 메쉬 설치단계; 상기 메쉬의 상부측에 다수의 특수체가 삽입되도록 메쉬를 절단하여 삽입공간을 형성하는 특수체 삽입공간 형성단계; 상기 메쉬의 상부측에 형성된 다수의 삽입공간 각각에 특수체를 삽입시키고, 특수체와 메쉬를 결합 고정설치하는 고정특수체 삽입 설치단계; 상기 거푸집 양측부의 수용공간 내에 몰타르를 주입하는 몰타르 주입단계; 상기 거푸집의 외측면을 진동기로 진동시켜 거푸집의 수용공간 내에 주입된 몰타르가 거푸집의 수용공간 및 특수체 사이공간으로 골루 유입되도록 하는 진동 성형단계; 상기 거푸집의 수용공간 내에 주입된 몰타르를 양생하는 양생단계; 상기 거푸집의 수용공간 내에 주입된 몰타르가 완전히 양생되면 거푸집으로부터 분리시키는 거푸집 분리단계;를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
