The present invention relates to a concrete form provided with a heating panel that generates heat with a power source supplied from the outside so that poured concrete can be quickly cured. The concrete form provided with a heating panel according to the present invention includes concrete form panels (200a) provided with a panel body (210) and a frame (220) surrounding the panel body, a binding member (300a) including a wedge pin coupled through the frame of the adjacent concrete form panels and connecting the concrete form panels, and a heating panel (100) detachably coupled to the binding member. The heating panel is provided with a housing (110) where an open end (111) is formed in at least one of upper and lower portions, at least one slot (120) formed along the front-rear direction in both side portions inside the housing, a heating socket (130) inserted into the slot through the open end to be inserted into the housing, and a cover member (140a) installed at the open end of the housing so that the heating socket is not separated from the housing. The binding member is a horizontal support frame supporting the front surfaces of the adjacent concrete form panels. The heating panel is detachably coupled to the binding member through a fixing bracket (400c) including a socket portion (470) inserted into the slot through the open end of the housing to be inserted into the housing and at least one hook portion (480) extending toward the front surface of the heating panel from the socket portion and engaged with the binding member.
본 발명은 타설된 콘크리트를 신속하게 양생할 수 있도록 외부에서 공급되는 전원으로 발열하는 히팅 패널을 구비한 거푸집에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 히팅패널을 구비한 거푸집은 패널본체(210)와 상기 패널본체를 감싸는 프레임(220)을 구비한 복수의 거푸집 패널(200a)과, 인접하는 거푸집 패널들의 프레임에 관통 결합되는 웨지핀으로 이루어져 상기 거푸집 패널들을 연결하는 결속부재(300a)와, 상기 결속부재에 탈착가능하게 결합되는 히팅패널(100)을 구비하며; 상기 히팅패널이 상부와 하부 중 적어도 한 곳 이상에 개방단(111)이 형성된 함체(110)와, 함체의 내측 양측부에 전후방향을 따라 적어도 하나 이상 형성된 슬롯(120)과, 상기 개방단을 통해 슬롯에 끼워져 함체의 내부로 삽입되는 발열소켓(130)과, 상기 발열소켓이 함체로부터 탈락되는 것을 막도록 상기 함체의 개방단에 설치된 커버부재(140a)를 구비하고; 상기 결속부재가 인접하는 거푸집 패널들의 전면을 지지하는 수평지지프레임이며; 상기 히팅패널이 함체의 개방단을 통해 슬롯에 끼워져 함체 내부로 삽입되는 소켓부(470)와, 상기 소켓부로부터 히팅패널의 전면을 향해 연장 형성되어 상기 결속부재와 걸림이 이루어지는 적어도 하나 이상의 걸이부(480)로 구성된 고정브라켓(400c)을 통해 상기 결속부재와 탈착가능하게 결합된다.
The present invention relates to a concrete form provided with a heating panel that generates heat with a power source supplied from the outside so that poured concrete can be quickly cured.
