The present invention relates to a composite wall supporter. To achieve this, according to the present invention, the composite wall supporter installed to support a mold comprises: a vertical supporter having a plurality of coupling holes arranged in a vertical direction; a horizontal supporter connected to the bottom part of the vertical supporter; and a connection supporter connected and installed to the vertical and horizontal supporters. Accordingly, the coupling hole is formed in the vertical supporter and a fixing pin penetrates the coupling hole to be closely adhered to and fixed to the mold installed to form the composite wall, the side pressure applied to the mold is strongly supported, thereby providing a strong and beautiful wall. Moreover, since a height adjustment part is disposed on the upper part of the vertical support, a rod bar is vertically lifted at a height corresponding to that of the composite wall and is fixed by a fixing member when the height of the composite wall becomes higher than that of the composite wall supporter, such that the mold is closely adhered and fixed, thereby strongly fixing the mold to the composite wall corresponding to the height. Moreover, horizontal and vertical pipes are connected and fixed to the rod bar and a support bar in a shape crossing each other, and a safety footplate is fixed and installed, thereby allowing a worker to safely and easily perform work.
본 발명은 합벽지지대에 관한 것으로서, 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 거푸집을 지지하기 위해 구비되는 합벽지지대에 있어서, 다수개의 결합공이 수직상하 방향으로 배열형성된 수직지지대와, 상기 수직지지대 하단부에 연결되는 수평지지대와, 상기 수직지지대와 수평지지대 연결설치되는 연결지지대를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은 수직지지대에 결합공을 형성한 다음, 고정핀을 관통하여, 합벽을 형성하기 위해 설치되는 거푸집에 밀착고정함으로써, 거푸집에 가해지는 측압을 보다 견고히 지지하여, 견고하고 미려한 벽체를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 수직지지대 상부로 높이조절부를 구비함으로써, 합벽의 높이가 합벽지지대의 높이보다 높아질 경우에, 상기 합벽의 높이와 상호 대응되는 높이로 로드바를 수직상향 후, 고정부재로 고정하여, 거푸집을 밀착고정함으로써, 합벽에 높이 상호 대응하여 거푸집을 견고히 고정할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 로드바와 지지바에 수직파이프와 수평파이프를 상호 대응하게 직교되는 형태로 연결고정한 다음, 안전발판을 고정설치함으로써, 작업자가 안전하고 용이하게 작업할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
