Hydraulic Power Steering Apparatus for Wheel type Construction Equipments
Disclosed is a hydraulic steering apparatus for wheeled construction equipment, capable of absorbing vibration of a steering pump. According to the present invention, the hydraulic steering apparatus comprises: a power supply unit including a fluid supply line to supply a pair of steering cylinders with compressed oil transferred by the steering pump and a flowing changing unit disposed on the fluid supply line to control the flowing direction of the compressed oil; a steering unit including a mass body with a constant mass, and connected to a steering wheel, wherein the steering wheel penetrates the power supply unit and the bottom plate of an engine room to be disposed inside the engine room, to transfer operation of the steering wheel to the flowing changing unit; a fixing member disposed on the lower surface of the bottom plate of the engine room to surround the steering wheel unit; and an elastic member connected to the fixing member and functioning as a tuned mass damper having a unique frequency to offset pulsation noise of the steering pump with the steering unit.
휠 타입 건설장비용 유압식 조향장치가 개시된다. 조향장치는 조향 펌프에 의해 송출되는 가압유를 한 쌍의 조향 실린더로 공급하는 유체 공급라인 및 유체 공급라인 상에 배치되어 가압유의 유동방향을 제어하는 유동변경 유닛을 구비하는 파워 공급부, 일정한 질량을 갖는 질량체로 구성되고 파워 공급부 및 운전 룸 바닥판을 관통하여 운전 룸의 내부에 위치하는 조향 휠과 연결되어 조향 휠의 작동을 유동변경 유닛으로 전송하는 조향부, 운전 룸 바닥판의 하면에 조향부를 감싸도록 배치되는 고정부재 및 조향부 및 고정부재에 연결되고 조향부와 함께 조향펌프의 맥동소음을 상쇄하도록 고유진동수를 갖는 동조질량 댐퍼로 기능하는 탄성부재를 포함한다. 맥동소음을 흡수하는 동조 질량 댐퍼를 배치하여 운전 룸에서의 맥동소음의 크기를 낮출 수 있다.
