Pile lifting device and Pile installing method using thereof
The present invention relates to a pile lifting device and a pile installing method. The pile lifting device for lifting a pile by being coupled to the top of the pile comprises: a fastening band (10) provided with an arc shape inner circumferential surface adhered to an outer circumferential surface of the pile (1) to be lifted, and composed of one pair of shell members (12, 12) mutually rotatably coupled by a hinge shaft (11) provided at adjacent one end thereof; a fastening member (15) mounted in the other side opened end of the shell members (12, 12), and fastening or releasing the shell members (12, 12); and a connecting member (19) formed in a location opposed to the top end or the outer circumferential surface of the shell members (12, 12) or at even intervals, and connected to a lifting wire (4) held to a crane (2).
본 발명은 파일인양기구 및 파일설치공법로서, 파일의 상부에 결합되어 파일을 인양하기 위한 파일 인양기구에 있어서, 인양할 파일(1)의 외주면에 밀착되는 호형상 내주면을 구비하며 인접한 일단에 구비된 힌지축(11)에 의해 상호 회동가능하게 결합되는 한 쌍의 셸부재(12,12)로 이루어진 체결밴드(10)와, 상기 셸부재(12,12)의 타측 개방단에 장착되어 상기 셸부재(12,12)를 체결 또는 해제하는 체결부재(15)와, 상기 셸부재(12,12)의 상단 또는 외측둘레면의 대향위치나 등간격 위치에 형성되며 기중기(2)에 매달리는 인양와이어(4)와 연결되는 연결부재(19)를 포함하는 파일인양기구와 이를 이용한 파일설치공법이다.
