Disclosed are a pin pile-integrated drilling apparatus to construct a jacket of an offshore platform and a drilling method using the same. According to the present invention, the pin pile-integrated drilling apparatus to construct a jacket of an offshore platform, which is a drilling apparatus to drill seabed, comprises: a pin pile; a hammer unit disposed in the pin pile to be partially withdrawn through the bottom of the pin pile and receiving high pressure air from an external air compressor to hit the seabed; a rotating unit disposed in the pin pile, connected to the top of the hammer unit to receiving hydraulic pressure from an external hydraulic power pack so as to rotate the hammer unit on a vertical axis; a plurality of fixing units disposed in the pin pile and receiving the hydraulic pressure from the hydraulic power pack to be expanded from a contracted state and be compressed to an inner wall of the pin pile so as to fix the pin pile; and rods organically connecting the hammer unit, the rotating unit, and the fixing unit, and having a predetermined length to reach a drilling depth. Accordingly, the drilling apparatus is integrally formed to eliminate a work process for extending the length of the drilling apparatus during drilling work.
해상 설비의 자켓 시공용 핀 파일 일체형 천공 장치 및 이를 이용한 천공 공법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 해상 설비의 자켓 시공용 천공 장치는, 해저 지반을 천공하기 위한 천공장치로서, 핀 파일; 상기 핀 파일의 하단을 통해 일부 인출되도록 상기 핀 파일 내에 배치되며, 외부의 공기 압축기로부터 고압 공기를 공급받아서 해저 지반을 타격하도록 동작하는 해머 유닛; 상기 핀 파일 내에 배치되며, 상기 해머 유닛의 상단에 연결되어 외부의 유압 파워팩으로부터 유압을 공급받아서 상기 해머 유닛을 상하 축을 중심으로 회전시키는 회전 구동 유닛; 상기 핀 파일 내에 배치되며, 상기 유압 파워팩으로부터 유압을 공급받아서 수축 상태로부터 상기 핀 파일의 내벽에 압착되도록 확장 동작함으로써 상기 핀 파일을 고정하는 복수의 고정 유닛; 상기 해머 유닛과 상기 회전 구동유닛과 상기 고정 유닛을 유기적으로 연결하며 천공심도까지 도달할 수 있도록 소정의 길이를 갖는 로드들; 을 포함하며, 천공작업 중에 천공장치의 길이 연장을 위한 작업공정을 생략할 수 있도록 일체로 형성된다.
