The present invention relates to a method to polish a floor with a permeable surface reinforcing agent and a ceramic coating agent and, more specifically, to a method to polish a floor with a permeable surface reinforcing agent and a ceramic coating agent, wherein the permeable surface reinforcing agent and the ceramic coating agent with excellent functionality are properly used to improve a process in comparison with an existing method, provide excellent processing precision and uniformity of a concrete floor surface, and maximize a finishing material coating effect due to excellent gloss, skid mark prevention, frictional noise reduction, anti-stick property, durability, chemical resistance, waterproofness, wear resistance, and pollution resistance. According to the present invention, concrete floor finishing by a polishing method is performed by suitably using the permeable surface reinforcing agent and the ceramic coating agent with excellent functionality, thereby improving processing precision and uniformity of the concrete floor surface, providing excellent gloss, skid mark prevention, frictional noise reduction, anti-stick property, durability, chemical resistance, waterproofness, wear resistance, and pollution resistance, and providing excellent economic efficiency due to a remarkably reduced construction period. According to the present invention, the method comprises an arranging step, a grinding step, a permeable surface reinforcing agent permeation step, a grinding step, and a ceramic coating agent coating step.
본 발명은 침투성 표면강화제와 세라믹 코팅제를 이용한 바닥의 폴리싱 공법에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로는, 콘크리트 바닥을 기능성이 뛰어난 표면 침투 강화제와 세라믹 코팅제를 적절히 사용함으로써 종래의 공법에 비하여 공정이 더 개선되고, 콘크리트 바닥 표면의 가공 정밀도와 균일도가 우수한 것은 물론 광택, 스키드마크 방지, 마찰소음 저부착력, 내구성, 내약품성, 내수성, 내마모성, 내오염성이 뛰어나 마감재 도포의 효과를 극대화시킬 수 있는 세라믹 코팅제를 이용한 바닥의 폴리싱 공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 침투성 표면강화제와 세라믹 코팅제를 이용한 바닥의 폴리싱 공법에 의하면 기능성이 뛰어난 표면 침투 강화제와 세라믹 코팅제를 적절히 사용하여 폴리싱 공법에 의한 콘크리트 바닥 마감을 실시함으로써 콘크리트 바닥 표면의 가공 정밀도와 균일도가 향상되고, 광택, 스키드마크 방지, 마찰소음 저부착력, 내구성, 내약품성, 내수성, 내마모성, 및 내오염성이 뛰어날 뿐만 아니라 공사기간이 현저히 단축됨으로써 경제성이 매우 뛰어나다.
