The present invention relates to a fixing clamp for a safety fence plate of a playground, capable of minimizing damage to a body and an accident caused by a collision between a kid and the body. According to the present invention, the fixing clamp for a safety fence plate comprises: a cylindrical body installed on a post of a play tool of a playground and having one or more connectors formed on both sides to be outwardly extended so as to be connected to the safety fence plate; a cushion member coupled to the inside of the body to be closely adhered to the post, having elasticity, and having a closely adhesion groove formed therein to be closely adhered to the post; one or more bolts penetrating the post with the central part of the body to strongly couple and fix the body to the post; and a second bolt penetrating the safety fence plate with the connector of the body to strongly couple and fix the safety fence plate to the connector.
본 발명은 놀이터용 안전펜스 판의 고정클램프에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 놀이터의 놀이기구 기둥에 설치되는 것으로, 양측에는 바깥쪽으로 연장되어 안전펜스 판과 연결되는 연결체가 하나 이상 형성되는 반원통 형상의 몸체;와, 상기 몸체 내측에 결합되어 기둥에 밀착되는 것으로, 탄성을 가지며, 기둥에 용이하게 밀착될 수 있도록 내부에 밀착홈이 형성되는 쿠션부재;와, 상기 몸체의 중심부와 함께 기둥을 관통하여 상기 몸체를 기둥에 견고히 결합 고정시키는 하나 이상의 제1볼트;와, 상기 몸체의 연결체와 함께 안전펜스 판을 관통하여 상기 연결체에 안전펜스 판을 견고히 결합 고정시키는 하나 이상의 제2볼트;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 기둥에 의지하여 안전펜스 판을 고정하는 몸체 내부에 탄성을 갖는 쿠션부재가 형성되는 특성상 외부의 충격을 용이하게 흡수 해소할 수 있어 몸체의 파손 및 어린이와 몸체의 충돌로 인한 안전사고를 최소화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 놀이기구의 기둥과 몸체를 결속하는 제1볼트와 몸체와 안전펜스 판을 결속하는 제2볼트가 폐쇄수단을 통해 노출이 방지되는 구조로 인해 안전펜스 판의 미관상 수려함을 확보하는 동시에, 볼트 노출로 인한 어린이의 안전사고를 미연에 예방하여 장치의 사용 안전성을 강화할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 더욱이, 폐쇄수단을 통해 볼트의 노출을 방지하여 외부에서 볼트 해제를 통한 도난 문제를 미연에 예방하여 도난으로 인한 경제적인 손실을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 몸체나 폐쇄수단의 좌판 및 우판부재의 형상을 귀여운 동물이나 곤충 등의 형상으로 형성하여 안전펜스 판과 함께 더욱 미관상 수려하게 보이도록 유도할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
