GROUND HOLE EXPANDING PILE DEVICE AND PILE ASSEMBLY FOR EXPANDING GROUND HOLE USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a borehole expansion pile member and a borehole expansion pile assembly using the same and, particularly, to a borehole expansion pile member, in which not only a borehole but also a large diameter part having a wide diameter are formed together by using a pile inserted into the ground so as to increase supporting force, and a borehole expansion pile assembly using the same. The borehole expansion pile member of the present invention comprises: a housing having a hollow shape and through which inside concrete is injected; a blade member having an upper end coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the housing so as to rotate in the vertical direction; a movable arm having one end hinge-coupled to the blade member and the other end movably mounted penetrating the housing; a movement force generating member for applying force so as to move the movable arm in the blade member direction; and a stopper for stopping the movement of the movable arm by the movement force generating member or releasing the sopping, wherein the housing has a slide hole in which the movable arm is movably mounted, and at the time of releasing of the stopper, the movable arm slides in the blade member direction by the force generated by the movement force generating member so that the other end of the blade member rotates with respect to the one end and is deployed.
본 발명은 천공홀 확장파일부재 및 이를 이용한 천공홀 확장용 파일어셈블리에 관한 것으로서, 특히 지중에 삽입되는 파일을 이용하여 천공홀 뿐만 아니라 직경이 넓은 대경부도 함께 형성하여 지지력을 증대시킬 수 있는 천공홀 확장파일부재 및 이를 이용한 천공홀 확장용 파일어셈블리에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 천공홀 확장파일부재는, 중공형상으로 이루어지고 내부를 통해 콘크리트가 주입되는 하우징과; 상단이 상기 하우징의 외주면에 상하방향으로 회전 가능하게 결합되는 날개부재와; 일단이 상기 날개부재에 힌지 결합되고 타단이 상기 하우징을 관통하면서 이동 가능하게 장착된 가동암; 상기 가동암이 상기 날개부재 방향으로 이동하도록 힘을 가하는 이동력발생부재와; 상기 이동력발생부재에 의한 상기 가동암의 이동을 정지 또는 해제시키는 스토퍼;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 하우징은 상기 가동암이 이동 가능하게 장착된 슬라이드공이 형성되고, 상기 스토퍼의 해제시 상기 이동력발생부재에서 발생된 힘에 의해 상기 가동암은 상기 날개부재 방향으로 슬라이딩하여 상기 날개부재의 타단이 일단을 중심으로 회전하여 전개되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a borehole expansion pile member and a borehole expansion pile assembly using the same and, particularly, to a borehole expansion pile member, in which not only a borehole but also a large diameter part having a wide diameter are formed together by using a pile inserted into the ground so as to increase supporting force, and a borehole expansion pile assembly using the same.
