PHC PC STRUCTURE FOR PRETENSIONED SPUN HIGH STRENGTH CONCRETE PILE AND PRESTRESSED CONCRETE NUT USING THE SAME
A mechanical structure for a PHC pile according to the present invention comprises: a reinforcement band provided on the outer circumferential surface of the upper end portion of a pretensioned spun high strength concrete (PHC) pile; at least one fixing bracket coupled to the inner circumferential surface of the reinforcement band; a PC nut, into which the upper end portion of a prestressed concrete (PC) steel pipe provided to the PHC pile is inserted and mounted; and a position fixing part provided to at least one of the PC nut and the fixing bracket and maintaining the relative positions of the fastening hole of the PC nut and the bolt hole of the fixing bracket, which correspond to each other, without change in the process of pouring concrete and curing the same by applying centrifugal force when manufacturing the PHC pile. The mechanical structure for a PHC pile and the PC nut used therein, according to the present invention, enables the positions of the fastening hole of the PC nut, into which the PC steel pipe is inserted, and the bolt hole of the fixing bracket to be matched, thereby facilitating the fastening of a bolt to the PC nut.
본 발명에 따른 PHC 파일용 기구 구조물은 PHC 파일(Pretensioned spun High strength Concrete pile)의 상단부 외주면에 마련되는 보강 밴드; 상기 보강 밴드의 내주면에 결합되는 적어도 하나의 고정 브라켓; 상기 PHC 파일에 마련되는 PC 강선(prestressed concrete steel pipe)의 상단부가 내부에 삽입되어 안착되는 PC 너트; 및 상기 PC 너트 및 상기 고정 브라켓 중 적어도 하나에 마련되고, 상기 PHC 파일의 제작시 콘크리트를 타설하고 원심력을 가하여 양생하는 과정에서 서로 대응하는 상기 PC 너트의 체결공과 상기 고정 브라켓의 볼트공의 상대적인 위치가 변경되지 않도록 잡아주는 위치 고정부;를 포함한다. 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 PHC 파일용 기구 구조물 및 이에 사용되는 PC 너트는 PHC 파일을 제조하기 위해 콘크리트를 원심 성형 및 양생하더라도 PC 강선이 삽입된 PC 너트의 체결공과 고정 브라켓의 볼트공의 위치를 일치시킴으로써 볼트가 PC 너트에 체결되는 것을 용이할 수 있다.
