A structure of a sliding door for bathroom cabinet
The present invention relates to an assembly structure for an opening/closing hole of a door for a bathroom that may be prevented from being disassembled or weakened during use by using a coupling manner that does not use a screw and a rivet and may reduce manufacturing costs by reducing assembly time and the number of operators due to simple and prompt assembling thereof. To achieve this, the present invention includes: upper/lower horizontal frames (10, 10′) and opposite vertical frames (10a) constituting an outer periphery of a door and having a first guide groove (12) and a second guide groove (14); a coupling member (20) assembled at corners of the frames, in which a first fixing pin (26) inserted into the first guide groove (12) of the horizontal frame (10) is provided on one side surface thereof, in which a first fixing pin (27) and a second fixing pin (28) inserted into the first guide groove (12) and the second guide groove (14) of the vertical frame (10a) are provided on an opposite side surface in the perpendicular direction, and in which a cutaway hole (22) is formed on an opposite direction of the fixing pins; an upper roller assembly (30) having an assembly pin (38) inserted into the second guide groove (14) of the horizontal frame (10) on the upper side while being inserted into the cutaway hole (22) of the coupling member (20) on the upper side of the door (100) and a roller (32) is mounted on an opposite side thereof by a bracket (33) to be seated on a guide rail (2) on the upper side of a closet; and a lower roller assembly (42) coupled to a lower side of the door (100) and on which a roller (42) is mounted by a shaft rod (43) to be inserted between the guide rails (3) on the lower side of the closet.
본 발명은 나사 및 리벳을 사용하지 않는 체결방식으로서 사용도중 해체되거나 취약해지는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 조립이 간편하고 신속하여 조립시간과 인원을 감축하여 제조단가를 줄일 수 있는 욕실수납장용 도어 개폐구 조립구조를 제공하기 위하여, 도어의 외측 테두리를 구성하며 제1 가이드홈(12)과 제2 가이드홈(14)이 형성된 상/하 수평 프레임(10,10') 및 양측의 수직 프레임(10a)과; 상기 프레임의 각 모서리에 조립되고, 일측면에는 수평 프레임(10)의 제1 가이드홈(12)으로 끼워지는 제1 고정핀(26)이 구비되고, 이와 직각방향의 타측면에는 수직 프레임(10a)의 제1 가이드홈(12)과 제2 가이드홈(14)으로 끼워지는 제1 고정핀(27)과 제2 고정핀(28)이 구비되며, 상기 고정핀들의 반대방향으로는 절개구멍(22)이 형성된 결합구(20)와; 상기 도어(100)의 상부에는 결합구(20)의 절개구멍(22)으로 끼워지면서 상부의 수평 프레임(10) 제2 가이드홈(14)으로 끼워지는 조립핀(38)을 가지고 타측에는 브라켓(33)에 의해 롤러(32)가 장착되어 수납장 상부의 가이드레일(2)에 안치되는 상부 롤러 어셈블리(30) 및; 상기 도어(100)의 하부에 결합되며 축봉(43)에 의해 롤러(42)가 장착되어 수납장 하부의 가이드레일(3) 사이에 끼워지는 하부 롤러 어셈블리(42)를 구성한다.
