The present invention relates to an installation method of a non-metallic permanent form plate material combined with internal finish, comprising: a step for preparing a plate material spacing member (50) having connectors formed at both ends of a tie having a predetermined length so as to maintain a gap between facing plate materials; a step for fixing the connector to a jig by inserting a portion of the connector into an insertion part of the jig (20) and allowing the other side of the connector to be protruded to the outside of the jig; a step for mounting the mounting part of the jig while the mounting part of the jig encompasses one side of a side end portion of a corresponding plate material (7) so that the other side of the connector is brought into close contact with the rear surface of the plate material; a step for fastening a fastening element at the front surface of the plate material toward the connector that is in close contact with the rear surface of the plate material so that the other side of the connector is fixed to the rear surface of the plate material and then separating the jig from the connector; a step for, after disposing a connection plate material (8) in parallel to the side end portion of the plate material, inserting the hooks of a same plane maintaining element (30) into the hook holes of the respective plate materials such that the hooks are held on the rear surfaces and then pulling the hooks to the front surfaces such that the one pair of plate materials are placed on the same plane and one side of the connector comes into close contact with the rear surface of the connection plate material at the same time; and a step for connecting the one pair of plate materials by connecting a fastening element at the front of the connection plate material toward one side of the connector that is in close contact with the rear surface of the plate material so that the one side of the connector is fixed to the rear surface of the plate material. Accordingly, the form installation can be carried out quickly and simply by connecting the tie to the plate materials through the connectors and the jigs and carrying out the connection between the adjacent plate materials through the same plane maintaining element, thereby consequently promoting the improvement of workability.

본 발명은 내부 마감재 겸용 비금속제 비탈형 거푸집보드의 설치방법에 관한 것으로서, 소정의 길이를 갖는 타이의 양단에 연결구가 형성되어 마주보는 보드의 간격을 유지하기 위한 보드간격유지구(50)를 준비하는 단계; 상기 연결구의 일부를 지그(20)의 삽입부에 삽입 고정시키고 상기 연결구의 타측이 상기 지그의 외부로 돌출되도록 하여 연결구를 지그에 고정시키는 단계; 상기 지그의 장착부가 해당 보드(7)의 측단부 일측을 감싼 상태로 장착되어 상기 연결구의 타측이 상기 보드의 배면에 밀착되도록 하는 단계; 상기 보드의 배면에 밀착된 상기 연결구를 향해 보드의 전면에서 체결구를 체결하여 상기 연결구의 타측이 상기 보드의 배면에 고정되게 한 후 상기 지그를 연결구에서 분리하는 단계; 상기 보드의 측단부에 연결보드(8)를 나란히 배치한 후 각 보드의 걸이홀에 동일면유지구(30)의 걸고리를 삽입하여 배면에 걸리게 한 후 전면으로 잡아당겨 한 쌍의 보드가 동일면상에 놓이는 동시에 상기 연결구의 일측이 상기 연결보드의 배면에 밀착되도록 하는 단계; 및 상기 연결보드의 배면에 밀착된 연결구의 일측을 향해 연결보드의 전면에서 체결구를 체결하여 연결구의 일측이 상기 연결보드의 배면에 고정되게 하여서 상기 한 쌍의 보드를 연결하는 단계;를 포함한다. 따라서, 연결구와 지그를 통해 타이를 보드에 연결하고, 인접하는 보드간의 연결은 동일면유지구를 통해 연결되도록 함으로써, 거푸집 설치가 신속하고 간단하게 되도록 하여 결과적으로 작업성 향상을 도모할 수 있게 되는 등의 효과를 얻는다.
