According to various embodiments, a cleaning liquid storage device and a toilet bowl cistern are provided. The toilet bowl cistern comprises: a toilet bowl cistern housing accommodating storage water to be supplied to a toilet bowl; an overflow pipe enabling the storage water more than a predetermined water level to overflow and flow into the toilet bowl; a storage water supply unit supplying the storage water from the outside; a make-up water supply pipe supplying a portion of the storage water supplied by the storage water supply unit to the overflow pipe as make-up water; and a cleaning liquid supply device connected between the make-up water supply pipe and the overflow pipe, supplied with the make-up water to add a cleaning agent, and separating and storing a cleaning liquid that is the make-up water added with the cleaning agent from the storage water. The cleaning liquid supply device supplies the cleaning liquid exceeding a predetermined water level of the cleaning liquid to the overflow pipe.
