STEEL FIBER AND FIBER REINFORCEMENT CONCRETE COMPOSITE INCLUDING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a steel fiber for concrete, and fiber-reinforced concrete comprising the same. According to the present invention, the fiber-reinforced concrete composite comprises: 20-30 parts by weight of an admixture formed by mixing cement with silica fine powder containing zirconium having specific surface area of 85,000-120,000 cm2/g based on 100 parts by weight of the cement and metakaolin having specific surface area of 10,000-20,000 cm2/g at the ratio of 2:1-3:1; 100-130 parts by weight of sand based on 100 parts by weight of the cement; 10-25 parts by weight of stone powder having fineness of 3,000-4,000 cm2/g based on 100 parts by weight of the cement; and steel fiber. The steel fiber represents 2-5% of the whole volume, is coated with copper, has the diameter of 0.2-0.5 mm, the length of 10-15 mm, and tensile strength of 2,500-3,000 Mpa, and is formed in a shape of a coil spring. The present invention is able to enhance coherence between a steel fiber and a concrete composite.
본 발명은 콘크리트용 강섬유 및 이를 포함하는 섬유보강 콘크리트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 섬유보강 콘크리트 복합체는 시멘트, 상기 시멘트 100 중량부 대비 비표면적 85,000 ~ 120,000cm2/g을 가진 지르코늄 함유 실리카질 미분말과 비표면적 10,000 ~ 20,000 cm2/g을 가진 메타카올린을 2:1 ~ 3:1의 비율로 섞은 혼화재 20 ~ 30 중량부, 상기 시멘트 100 중량부 대비 모래 100 ~ 130 중량부, 상기 시멘트 100 중량비 대비 분말도 3,000 ~ 4,000cm2/g을 가진 석분 10 ~ 25 중량부 및 강섬유를 포함하고, 상기 강섬유는 전체체적대비 2~ 5%가 배합되고, 구리(Cu) 코팅이 되고, 직경이 0.2 ~ 0.5mm 이고, 길이가 10 ~ 15mm이고, 인장강도가 2,500 ~ 3,000Mpa이고, 코일 스프링(Coil Spring) 타입인 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
