Concrete pouring boundary for heating pipe fixing wire mesh
The present invention relates to a concrete pouring boundary device, which is seated on an edge of a wire mesh (3) having a horizontal wire mesh (1) and a vertical wire mesh (2) crossing each other to fix a pipe (P) used for constructing heating pipes in a building in order to promote pouring of concrete. The concrete pouring boundary device comprises: a straight boundary part (10) seated and fixed on the horizontal wire mesh (1) and the vertical wire mesh (2) formed at the edge of the wire mesh (3); a curved boundary part (20) seated at an end of the straight boundary part (10) on the edge where end portions of the horizontal wire mesh (1) and the vertical wire mesh (2) of the wire mesh (3) touch each other; and fixing means (30) formed at both ends of the straight boundary part (10) and the curved boundary part (20) in order to fix the straight boundary part (10) and the curved boundary part (20). Therefore, the boundary device according to the present invention can secure a boundary for pouring concrete when height and intervals of heating pipes fixed on the wire mesh mounted for heating pipe construction of a building are maintained, thereby preventing concrete from getting out of the boundary to promote safe and smooth work.
본 발명은 건축물의 내부에 난방 배관공사 시 사용되는 파이프(P)를 고정하게 교차로 형성되는 가로철망(1)과 세로철망(2)으로 이루어진 철망(3)의 테두리 상에 안착되어 콘크리트 타설이 용이하게 구비하는 경계구에 있어서: 상기 철망(3)의 테두리에 형성된 가로철망(1)과 세로철망(2) 상에 안착되어 고정되는 일자형 경계부(10); 상기 철망(3)의 가로철망(1)과 세로철망(2)의 끝단이 맞닿는 지점인 모서리 상에 일자형 경계부(10)의 끝단에 안착되는 절곡형 경계부(20); 및 상기 일자형 경계부(10)와 절곡형 경계부(20)를 서로 고정하기 위해 일자형 경계부(10)와 절곡형 경계부(20)의 양 끝에 형성된 고정수단(30);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 건축물의 난방 배관공사를 위해 삽설되는 철망 상에 고정된 난방파이프의 일정한 높이와 간격을 유지 시 타설되는 경계를 확보하여 콘크리트가 외부로 벗어나는 것을 방지하여 보다 안전하면서 원활한 작업이 가능하도록 하는 효과를 제공한다.
