SLATE MANUFACTURING DEVICE USING DISUSED FIBRE
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing slate, and more specifically, to an apparatus for manufacturing slate using waste fibers, the apparatus which is capable of manufacturing slate for building with excellent durability by using waste fibers such as waste nonwoven fabrics, waste woven fabrics or the like as a main material. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a winder on which material prepared in a roll shape is mounted, and which unwinds the mounted material to supply the unwound material to a path of the next process; a tension maintenance machine which constantly maintains transferring tension of the material unwound from the winder; an oven which heats and pressurizes the material transferred along a process proceeding direction through the tension maintenance machine such that the material is compressed to a determined thickness and shape of the material can be deformed by the next process; a first cutting machine which cuts both ends of the material passing through the oven to standardize a width size of the material; a molding and cooling machine which molds the material passing through the first cutting machine in predetermined shape and form, and rapidly cools the molded material so that durability of a molded article is improved; and a second cutting machine which cuts the molded article passing through the molding and cooling machine to a determined length to standardize length size of a finished product.
본 발명은 슬레이트 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 폐부직포 또는 폐직포 등의 폐섬유를 주재(主材)로 하여 내구성이 우수한 건축용 슬레이트를 만들어낼 수 있도록 한 폐섬유를 이용한 슬레이트 제조장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 롤 형태로 준비된 소재의 장착 및 장착된 상기 소재를 권출시켜 다음공정의 경로로 공급하는 와인더; 상기 와인더로부터 권출되는 상기 소재의 이송장력을 일정하게 유지시켜주는 텐션유지기; 상기 텐션유지기를 거쳐 공정진행방향을 따라 이송되는 상기 소재의 가열 및 가압으로 상기 소재가 정해진 두께로 압축되도록 함에 더해 다음공정에 의한 형태변형이 가능토록 하는 오븐기; 상기 오븐기를 통과한 상기 소재의 양단을 재단하여 폭 사이즈를 규격화하는 제1커팅기; 상기 제1커팅기를 통과한 상기 소재를 미리 정한 형상과 모양으로 성형하고 성형품의 내구성이 향상되도록 급랭처리하는 성형 및 냉각기; 및, 상기 성형 및 냉각기를 통과한 상기 성형품을 정해진 길이로 절단하여 완제품의 길이 사이즈를 규격화하는 제2커팅기;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
