Disclosed is a reinforcing bar splicing apparatus used for reinforcing bar joint of precast concrete or mechanical joint of prefabricated reinforcing bars. The reinforcing bar splicing apparatus comprises: an upper reinforcing bar having an upper body extending in a vertical direction and an upper head having a diameter expanding from a lower end of the upper body; a lower reinforcing bar having a lower body extending in a vertical direction and a lower head having a diameter expanding from an upper end of the lower body; a tubular sleeve having an upper through hole formed in an upper side and a lower through hole formed in a lower side, wherein at least a portion of the upper reinforcing bar including the upper head is inserted through an upper end of the sleeve and at least a portion of the lower reinforcing bar including the lower head is inserted through a lower end; an upper fixing pin to which the upper head is caught so that the upper reinforcing bar is inserted into the upper through hole to be prevented from being separated from the sleeve; and a lower fixing pin to which the lower head is caught so that the lower reinforcing bar is inserted into the lower through hole to be prevented from being separated from the sleeve. The reinforcing bar splicing apparatus according to the present invention can firmly fix the upper reinforcing bar, the lower reinforcing bar, and the sleeve, easily and rapidly splice reinforcing bars and provide a strong coupling by joining the upper fixing pin and the lower fixing pin to the sleeve in the state that the upper head of the upper reinforcing bar and the lower head of the lower reinforcing bar are inserted into the sleeve.
철근이음장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 철근이음장치는, 프리캐스트 콘크리트의 철근 이음 또는 선조립된 철근의 기계적 이음을 위해 사용되는 철근이음장치에 있어서, 연직방향을 향해 길게 이루어지는 상부몸체와, 상부몸체의 하단에서 직경이 확장되는 상부헤드가 구비되는 상부철근; 연직방향을 향해 길게 이루어지는 하부몸체와, 하부몸체의 상단에서 직경이 확장되는 하부헤드가 구비되는 하부철근; 관(管) 형상으로 이루어져 상단을 통하여 상부헤드를 포함한 상부철근의 적어도 일부가 삽입되고 하단을 통하여 하부헤드를 포함한 하부철근의 적어도 일부가 삽입되며, 상측에 상부관통홀이 형성되고 하측에 하부관통홀이 형성되는 제1 슬리브; 상부헤드가 걸려 상부철근이 제1 슬리브로부터 분리가 저지되도록 상부관통홀에 삽입되는 상부고정핀; 및 하부헤드가 걸려 하부철근이 제1 슬리브로부터 분리가 저지되도록 하부관통홀에 삽입되는 하부고정핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 제1 슬리브 내부에 상부철근의 상부헤드 및 하부철근의 하부헤드가 삽입된 상태에서 상부고정핀과 하부고정핀을 제1 슬리브에 결합시켜 상부철근, 하부철근 및 슬리브를 견고하게 고정시킬 수 있으며, 철근이음이 용이하고 신속하게 이루어지고 또한 견고한 결합이 이루어지는 철근이음장치를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
Disclosed is a reinforcing bar splicing apparatus used for reinforcing bar joint of precast concrete or mechanical joint of prefabricated reinforcing bars. The reinforcing bar splicing apparatus according to the present invention can firmly fix the upper reinforcing bar, the lower reinforcing bar, and the sleeve, easily and rapidly splice reinforcing bars and provide a strong coupling by joining the upper fixing pin and the lower fixing pin to the sleeve in the state that the upper head of the upper reinforcing bar and the lower head of the lower reinforcing bar are inserted into the sleeve.
