METHOD FOR PREPARING ARTIFICIAL MINERAL FIBER INSULATOR COMPRISING ECO-FRIENDLY THERMOPLASTIC BINDER COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a method for preparing an artificial mineral fiber insulator including: a step of providing artificial mineral fibers; a step of applying an eco-friendly thermoplastic binder resin to the artificial mineral fibers; a step of applying a water repellent to the artificial mineral fibers; and a step of performing an additional heat treatment process on the artificial mineral fibers. According to the present technique, the process conditions are optimized to optimize the performance of the insulator, through thermally stabilize a thermoplastic polymer with respect to an eco-friendly binder composition which does not contain or does not discharge harmful materials such as volatile organic compounds including formaldehyde. Therefore, harmful effects on the human body and the environment can be prevented while ensuring excellent physical properties.
본 기술은 인조 광물 섬유를 제공하는 단계; 상기 인조 광물 섬유에 열가소성 친환경 바인더 수지를 도포하는 단계; 상기 인조 광물 섬유에 발수제를 도포하는 단계; 및 상기 인조 광물 섬유에 대하여 추가적인 열처리를 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 인조 광물 섬유 단열재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 기술에 따르면, 포름알데히드를 포함하는 휘발성 유기화합물과 같은 유해물질을 포함하거나 배출하지 않을 수 있는 친환경 바인더 조성물에 대하여 열가소성 고분자를 열적으로 안정화시켜 단열재의 성능을 최적화시킬 수 있도록 공정 조건을 최적화시킴으로써 우수한 물성을 확보하면서 동시에 인체 및 환경에 대한 유해한 영향을 방지할 수 있다.
