Heater and rail heating device using the same
The present invention relates to a heater and a rail heating device using the same. According to the present invention, the heater includes an exothermic film, an elastic thermal conductor, and a metal lead. The exothermic film generates heat by receiving power. Moreover, the elastic thermal conductor having elasticity has the exothermic film therein and transfers the heat generated from the exothermic film to the outside. In addition, the metal lead covers the elastic thermal conductor, enables one side surface of the elastic thermal conductor to elastically come in close contact with an outer surface of a thermoelectric body, and receives the heat, generated from the exothermic film, from the elastic thermal conductor so as to discharge the heat to the outside.
본 발명은 히터 및 그를 이용한 레일 히팅 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 히터는 발열체 필름, 탄성 열전도체 및 금속 리드를 포함한다. 발열체 필름은 전원을 인가받아 발열한다. 탄성을 갖는 탄성 열전도체는 발열체 필름을 내장하며, 발열체 필름에서 발생된 열을 외부로 전달한다. 그리고 금속 리드는 탄성 열전도체를 덮으며, 탄성 열전도체의 일측면을 열전수체의 외측면에 탄성적으로 밀착시키고, 발열체 필름에서 발생된 열을 탄성 열전도체로부터 전달받아 외부로 방출한다. 본 발명에 따른 히터는 선로전환기용 레일 히터 장치에 사용된다.

The present invention relates to a heater and a rail heating device using the same.
