The present invention relates to a method for producing a heat shield member, a heat shield member produced thereby, and a method for constructing the heat shield member. To this end, the method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing an incombustible material having a constant surface area; 2) heating the incombustible material while allowing the same to pass through a heating furnace to a predetermined temperature; 3) spraying a liquid ceramic insulating paint onto a surface of the incombustible material which is in a heated state; and 4) drying the incombustible material coated with the liquid ceramic insulating paint by allowing the same to pass through a drying furnace. According to the present invention, it is possible to remarkably reduce construction costs in accordance with a drying time of paint.
본 발명은 차열부재 제조 방법, 이를 통해 제조된 차열부재 및 차열부재 시공 방법에 관한 것으로 그 구성은 1) 일정한 표면적을 갖는 불연소재를 준비하는 단계; 2) 상기 불연소재를 가열로를 통과시키며 일정한 온도가 되도록 가열하는 단계; 3) 가열된 상태의 불연소재 표면에 액체 세라믹 단열도료를 분사하는 단계; 및 4) 액체 세라믹 단열도료가 도포된 불연소재를 건조로를 통과시키며 건조하는 단계;를 포함한다.
