The home appliance comprises: a main body having a cavity; a door rotationally coupled to the main body to open and close the cavity; the latch having a locking unit provided to fixate the door to the main body and having a leg provided to rotate the locking unit in a first direction; and an elastic member coupled to the latch to enable the locking unit to be elastically biased in a second direction.
