Pile Construction Method of Deep Depth Filing Hole
Disclosed is a pile construction method, embedding a pile by using punching equipment including upper and lower augers and a leader. The pile construction method comprises: a punching preparation step; a first punching step; a length extending step; a second punching step; a screw extraction step; and a pile penetration step. The construction method enables a deep pile hole deeper than a length punched by using single punching equipment to be punched. Accordingly, additionally provided punching equipment is unnecessary so that the method can be competitive in construction costs.
개시된 내용은 상, 하부 오거와 리더를 포함하는 천공장비를 이용하여 파일을 매립시공하는 파일시공방법으로써, 천공준비단계, 1차천공단계, 길이연장단계, 2차천공단계, 스크류인출단계, 및 파일근입단계를 포함한다. 이러한 시공방법은 단일 천공장비로 천공할 수 있는 깊이보다 깊은 장심도의 파일공을 천공할 수 있는 장점을 갖는다. 따라서 천공장비를 추가로 투입하지 않아도 되기 때문에 시공비용 면에서 경쟁력을 가질 수 있다.
