NOISE BARRIER STRUCTURE FOR TRANSPARENT PANEL ASSEMBLE
The present invention relates to a soundproof wall to facilitate attachment/detachment of a transparent soundproof panel, which facilitates construction and maintenance of a transparent soundproof panel to reduce working hours and enhance working efficiency. To achieve this, according to the present invention, the soundproof wall to facilitate attachment/detachment of a transparent soundproof panel comprises: a plurality of posts (10) spaced apart at predetermined intervals to be installed in a direction perpendicular to the ground; the transparent soundproof panel (20) installed between the posts (10) in a stacking shape; and horizontal and vertical bars (40) coupled along an edge of the transparent soundproof panel (20). A support frame (50) for supporting the transparent soundproof panel (20) is welded and fixed to the post (10). The vertical bar (40) has a detachable structure capable of coupling and decoupling a main body part (40a) and a cover part (40b), wherein a coupling groove (41) is formed on a main body part (40a) side and a coupling protrusion (42) protrudes from a cover part (40a) side corresponding to the coupling groove (41). A soundproof panel insertion groove (31) is formed on upper and lower parts of the horizontal bar (30) to insert upper and lower transparent soundproof panels (20) thereinto, respectively. A fixing device (60) pressing the vertical and horizontal bars (40, 30) to fix the transparent soundproof panel (20) is screw-coupled to the support frame (50).
본 발명은 투명 방음판의 탈착이 용이한 방음벽에 관한 것으로서, 투명판의 시공 및 보수작업이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 함으로서 작업시간을 단축시킴과 함께 작업효율을 향상시키기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 다수개가 일정간격을 이루어 지면에 수직방향으로 세워지는 지주(10)와, 상기 지주(10) 사이에 적층형태로 설치되는 투명 방음판(20)과, 상기 투명 방음판(20)의 테두리를 따라 결합되는 수평대(30) 및 수직대(40)를 포함하는 방음벽에 있어서, 상기 지주(10)에는 투명 방음판(20)의 지지를 위한 지지프레임(50)이 용접 고정되고; 상기 수직대(40)는 본체부(40a)와 덮개부(40b)가 상호 분해 조립이 가능한 착탈 구조를 이루되, 본체부(40a)측에는 결합홈(41)이 구비되고, 상기 결합홈(41)과 대응되는 덮개부(40b)측에는 결합돌기(42)가 돌출 구성되며; 상기 수평대(30)는 상,하부의 투명 방음판(20)이 각각 삽입 가능하도록 방음판 삽입홈(31)이 상부와 하부에 각각 형성되고; 상기 지지프레임(50)에는 수직대(40) 및 수평대(30)를 가압시킴으로서 투명 방음판(20)을 고정시키기 위한 고정구(60)가 나사 체결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
