MODULAR TILE
The present invention relates to a modular tile, wherein a plurality of tiles are engaged with each other to form a modular floor cover on a floor. According to the present invention, the tile comprises the uppermost surface having an outer circumference forming a side wall, which is downwardly extended from the uppermost surface. The sidewalls have a coupling portion coupled to other adjacent tiles to form the modular floor cover. Moreover, the uppermost surface of the tile includes a bottom surface on an opposite side to the uppermost surface, the bottom surface includes a support grid having an array downwardly extended from a polymer post structure, and at least a part of the post structure includes one or more end portions formed to facilitate adjustment and deflection of the post structure with respect to the floor. The post structure comprises first and second post structures, and the second post structure restricts the deflection of the first post structure.
본 발명은 복수의 타일로 서로 맞물려서 플로어 위에 모듈식 플로어 커버를 형성하도록 구성된 모듈식 타일에 관한 것이다. 상기 타일은 최상측 표면으로부터 하부 방향으로 연장되는 측벽을 형성하는 외주를 가진 최상측 표면을 포함하되, 상기 측벽들은 측벽에 인접한 다른 타일과 결합하여 모듈식 플로어 커버를 형성하도록 구성된 결합 부분을 가진다. 또한, 상기 타일은 최상측 표면의 맞은편에 바닥면을 포함하되, 상기 바닥면은 폴리머 포스트 구조로부터 하부 방향으로 연장되는 어레이를 가진 지지 그리드를 포함하며, 포스트 구조의 적어도 일부는 플로어에 대해 포스트 구조의 조절 편향이 용이하게 위치되도록 구성된 하나 이상의 단부 부분을 포함한다. 포스트 구조는 1차 및 2차 포스트 구조를 포함하되, 상기 2차 포스트 구조는 1차 포스트 구조의 편향을 제한할 수 있다.
