PAINT SCATTERING DEVICE FOR PREVENTING SLIP
The present invention relates to an apparatus to spray an anti-slip paint, which scatters the paint to prevent a vehicle from slipping on the surface of a road. According to the present invention, the apparatus to spray an anti-slip paint comprises a paint discharge hopper (5) and a paint sprayer (10) mounted on a transfer cart (3), wherein the paint sprayer (10) is disposed on the lower part of the paint discharge hopper (5) to scatter paint discharged from the paint discharge hopper (5) on a road. The paint sprayer (10) includes a wire (12) bent in a caret shape mounted on a rotary cylindrical part (11) to radially dispose a vertex part (13) of the wire (12) from the center of the rotary cylindrical part (11). A first group (G1) has a plurality of wires (12), and the wires (12) of the first group (G1) are arranged in a row in the longitudinal direction of the rotary cylindrical part (11). A plurality of groups are arranged in the rotary cylindrical part (11) in a way alternately arranging the wires of a second group (G2) neighboring to the first group (G1) with the wires of the first group (G1).
본 발명은 차량이 도로의 노면에서 미끄러지는 것을 방지하기 위해 페인트를 흩뿌리는 미끄럼 방지 페인트 분사장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 른 이송 카트(3)에 페인트 배출 호퍼(5)와 페인트 살포기(10)가 장착되며, 페인트 배출 호퍼(5)의 하부에 페인트 살포기(10)가 배치되어, 도료배출 호퍼(5)에서 배출되는 페인트가 페인트 살포기(10)에 의해 도로에 흩뿌려지게 되는 미끄럼 방지 페인트 분사장치에 있어서, 상기 페인트 살포기(10)는 "∧" 형태로 절곡된 철사(12)가 회전 원통부(11)에 장착되어, 철사(12)의 꼭지점부(13)가 회전 원통부(11)의 중심에서 방사상으로 배치되고, 제 1 그룹(G1)이 다수개의 철사(12)로 구성되고, 제 1 그룹(G1)의 철사(12)가 회전 원통부(11)의 길이 방향으로 일렬로 배열되고, 제 1 그룹(G1)에 이웃하는 제 2 그룹(G2)의 철사가 제 1 그룹(G1)의 철사와 엇갈리게 배열되는 방식으로 다수의 그룹이 회전 원통부(11)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
