CORROSION-RESISTANT HOSE CONNECTOR FOR EASY DEMOUNTING BY HANDWORK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD
An object of the present invention is to provide a corrosion-resistant hose connector for easy manual demounting. In the case of installing a conventional high-pressure hose for a washbasin, it is inconvenient to tightly fasten the joint using a tool when the space around the washstand and the toilet is narrow. In addition, due to the space exposed to water or moisture such as a toilet or a shower room, exposure for a long time results in rust on the surface, negatively affecting the appearance and shortening the service life. In addition, when the lattice braided shell is torn, the surface is sharpened, and a user′s body may be damaged. In order to solve these problems, the present invention includes a first tightening part, a hose part, a second tightening part, and a manual tightening part. A high-pressure hose can be easily installed in a narrow space where the installation space is narrow and a tool cannot be used with ease, such as the bottom of the washstand or the bottom of the toilet, such that tap water does not leak. In addition, the protective brass surface of metal is prevented from being exposed to water or moisture, which results in rust prevention and an extended service life. Also, the protective braid of the hose is not sharpened due to aging such as external impact and corrosion, and thus it is possible to prevent the user′s body from being scratched or stuck.
본 발명에서는 기존의 세면기 고압호스 설치시 세면대와 양변기의 주변 공간이 협소할 경우에는 공구를 사용하여 결합부분을 단단하게 체결하기가 불편하고, 화장실이나 샤워실 등 물이 접촉되거나 습기에 노출되는 공간 특성상 장기간 지속적으로 노출됨에 따라 표면에 녹이 발생하여 미관을 해치고 수명이 짧아지며, 격자형 편조 외피가 찢어질 경우 표면이 날카롭게 형성되어 사용자의 신체에 상처가 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 개선하고자, 제1 조임구, 호스부, 제2 조임부, 수동 조임부로 이루어져 세면대 하단이나 양변기의 하단 뒤쪽 등 설치공간이 좁아 공구를 원활히 사용하지 못하는 협소한 공간에서도 수돗물이 세어나오지 않도록 용이하게 고압호스를 설치할 수 있고, 금속재질의 보호 편조 표면이 물이나 습기에 노출되는 것을 차단하여 녹이 발생하는 것을 방지함으로써 수명을 연장시키고, 호스의 보호 편조가 외부 충격이나 부식 등 노후화로 인해 날카롭게 찢어져 사용자의 신체가 긁히거나 찔리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 수작업으로 탈결합이 용이한 부식방지 호스 연결구를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
