The present invention relates to an automatic mat weaving machine for paving a road surface, which supplies warp and weft made of a natural fiber material like coconut to weave a mat for paving the road surface, and comprises: a warp supply unit formed at one side of a support frame to supply a plurality of warp strands through one or more warp supply rollers at a regular interval; a warp weaving unit formed at the center of the support frame and having a first warp weaver to hook and repetitively move forwards or backwards odd-numbered strands among the warp strands provided from the warp supply unit and a second warp weaver to hook and move forwards or backwards even-numbered strands in the direction opposite to the first warp weaver; a weft supply unit formed at a side of the support frame to continuously supply the weft while reciprocating and crossing between the warp strands when the warp strands hooked by the first warp weaver and the second warp weaver are separated; a weft weaving unit provided at a lower side of the warp weaving unit to press the weft supplied from the weft supply unit between the warp strands for making the weft come into close contact with the warp strands such that the mat is woven; a driving unit driving the warp weaving unit, the weft weaving unit, and the warp weaving unit by a driving motor installed within the support frame; and a feeding unit winding the mat woven by the weft weaving unit on one or more feeding rollers provided at the floor of the support frame to be fed to the other side of the support frame. The present invention is able to weave a mat with excellent quality.
본 발명은 노면 포장용 매트 자동직조장치에 관한 것으로서, 코코넛과 같은 천연섬유 재질의 경사와 위사를 공급하여 노면 포장용 매트를 직조하는 장치에 있어서, 지지프레임 일측에서 복수 가닥의 경사를 하나 이상의 경사공급롤러를 통해 일정간격으로 공급하는 경사공급부; 상기 지지프레임 중앙에 구비되어 상기 경사공급부에서 공급된 경사들 중 홀수 번째 가닥들을 걸어 반복적으로 전진 또는 후진시키는 제1경사직조체와, 짝수 번째 가닥들을 걸어 상기 제1경사직조체와 반대 방향으로 후진 또는 전진시키는 제2경사직조체로 구성되는 경사직조부; 상기 지지프레임 측면에서 상기 제1경사직조체와 제2경사직조체에 걸린 각 경사들이 이격될 때 그 사이를 가로질러 왕복하면서 위사를 연속적으로 공급하는 위사공급부; 상기 경사직조부 하측에 구비되어 상기 위사공급부에서 공급된 위사가 각 경사들 사이에 밀착되도록 가압하여 매트를 직조하는 위사직조부; 상기 지지프레임 내부에 설치되는 구동모터에 의해 상기 경사직조부와 위사공급부 및 위사직조부를 구동하는 구동부; 및 상기 지지프레임의 바닥에 구비된 하나 이상의 이송롤러에 상기 위사직조부에서 직조된 매트가 권취되어 상기 지지프레임 타측으로 이송시키는 이송부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
