The present invention relates to a module to fix a roof panel of a building, which is fixed to a purlin to reinforce a lower lateral supporting force, a roof structure of a building, and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the module to fix a roof panel of a building comprises: a perforated plate including a plurality of planar parts; a plurality of roof panel fixing parts spaced apart from each other to provide a separation space; a plurality of first sound absorption insulation parts mounted on one surface of the planar parts within the separation space and having a smaller height than that of a wall part; and a second sound absorption insulation part including a urethane resin filled and hardened in a space provided by the upper surface of the first sound absorption insulation parts within the separation space.
본 발명은 하부 횡방향 지지력을 보강하기 위한 퍼린(purlin)에 고정되는 건축물 지붕 패널 고정 모듈 - 건축물 지붕 구조체는, 상기 건축물 지붕 패널 고정 모듈이 상기 퍼린에 안착되어 고정된 후, 상기 건축물 지붕 패널 고정 모듈의 상측에서 복수의 지붕 패널이 시밍(seaming)에 의해 서로 연결되어 구현됨 - 에 대한 것으로, 상광하협의 형태로 형성되는 복수의 오목부와 상기 복수의 오목부를 서로 연결하고 복수의 유공이 형성된 복수의 평면부를 구비하는 유공 판재; 상기 복수의 오목부에 삽입되는 복수의 볼록부와 상기 복수의 볼록부를 서로 연결하고 소정의 높이로 형성되는 벽부를 구비하며, 이격공간을 제공하도록 서로 이격되어 배치되는 복수의 지붕 패널 고정부; 상기 이격공간 내의 상기 복수의 평면부의 일면에 안착되며, 상기 벽부의 소정의 높이보다 작은 높이로 형성되는 복수의 제1 흡음 단열부; 및 상기 이격공간 내의 상기 복수의 제1 흡음 단열부의 상면에 의해 제공되는 공간에 충진되고 경화되는 우레탄 수지를 포함하는 제2 흡음 단열부;를 포함하며, 상기 유공 판재, 상기 복수의 지붕 패널 고정부, 상기 복수의 제1 흡음 단열부 및 상기 제2 흡음 단열부는, 상기 복수의 지붕 패널과 상기 복수의 지붕 패널 고정부의 연결을 매개하여 상기 복수의 지붕 패널이 상기 복수의 지붕 패널부에 연결되기 위한 연결클립이 상기 벽부의 상면에 안착된 후, 상기 연결클립과 상기 벽부를 관통하고 상기 퍼린에 삽입되는 체결볼트에 의해 상기 연결클립, 상기 지붕 패널 고정부 및 상기 유공 판재가 상기 퍼린에 한번에 고정되도록, 상기 퍼린에 안착되기 전에 하나의 모듈로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
