TUNNEL SOUNDPROOFED WALL HAVING STEEL PIPE CONNECTING PART
The present invention relates to a tunnel type soundproof wall having a steel pipe connecting part, capable of reducing costs and efforts required for maintenance and repair. According to the present invention, the tunnel type soundproof wall having a steel pipe connecting part comprises: a column part including a plurality of columns installed along both sides of a road to be faced and spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals; a roof structure including a triangular truss part; the steel pipe connection part installed on a connection surface between the column and an upper cord member; a soundproof panel install on a wall surface of the column part and the upper surface of the roof structure; and a soundproof panel connection part including an L-shaped angle, a CT section, and a bolt to couple the angle and the CT section, wherein the soundproof panel is inserted and installed in a separation space between the lower surface of the CT section and the angle.
본 발명은 강관 연결부를 구비한 터널식 방음벽은, 도로의 양측에 상호 대향되며 상기 도로를 따라 일정 간격 이격되어 직립되게 설치되는 복수의 기둥으로 이루어지는 기둥부와; 상호 대향되게 배치된 한 쌍의 기둥과 기둥 사이에 설치되는 복수의 상현재와, 상기 상현재와 상현재 사이의 하부에 배치되는 하현재와 상기 상현재와 이웃하는 상현재 및 상기 하현재 사이에 배치되어 트러스 구조를 형성하는 복수의 트러스 사재로 이루어지는 삼각트러스부로 구성되는 지붕 구조물과; 상기 기둥과 상기 상현재를 결합시킬 수 있도록 상기 기둥과 상기 상현재의 연결면에 설치되는 강관 연결부와; 상기 기둥부의 벽면과 상기 지붕 구조물의 상면에 설치되는 방음판과; 상기 방음판과 상기 지붕 구조물 사이에는 상기 상현재의 외면에 고정되며 상호 대향되게 배치되는 'ㄱ'자 형상의 앵글과, 상기 앵글과 앵글 사이에 배치되며 상기 앵글의 상면과 일정 간격 이격되게 배치되는 CT형강과, 상기 앵글과 상기 CT형강을 체결하는 볼트로 구성되고, 상기 방음판이 상기 CT형강의 하면과 상기 앵글 사이의 이격 공간에 삽입되어 설치되는 방음판 연결부를 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 도로의 양측에 상호 대향되게 배치되며 상기 도로를 따라 일정 간격 이격되게 설치된 기둥부와 기둥부 사이에 지붕 구조물을 용이하게 설치할 수 있도록 하여 터널식 방음벽을 시공하는데 소요되는 시간과 노력을 저감시키고, 지붕 구조물의 구조적인 안정성을 향상시킴으로써 외력이 작용하더라도 손상되지 않도록 하여 터널식 방음벽을 유지 및 보수하는데 소요되는 비용과 노력을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a tunnel type soundproof wall having a steel pipe connecting part, capable of reducing costs and efforts required for maintenance and repair.
