DUAL ROOP DRAIN AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a roof drain, installed in the roof or veranda (balcony) or the bottom of a building such as a park so as to drain rainwater or wastewater through a drainage pipe. The dual roof drain comprises: an embedding drain inserted into the drainage pipe; a water-dropping socket mounted on the embedding drain and having a plurality of grooves through which water stagnated on a waterproof layer is introduced into the socket due to the drop; and an exposure drain coupled to the water-dropping socket to enable the exposure drain to be coupled to the embedding drain. Accordingly, the water stagnated on the waterproof layer installed for waterproofing on a slab layer can be drained through the drainage pipe so that water leakage due to the water stagnated on the waterproof layer and cracks due to reduction in the strength of a mortar layer can be prevented in advance.
본 발명은 건축물의 옥상, 베란다(발코니) 또는 공원 등의 건축물 바닥에 설치되어 배수관을 통해 빗물이나 오수 등을 배수하는 루프 드레인에 관한 것으로, 배수관에 삽입되는 매립용 드레인과, 상기 매립용 드레인의 상부에 안착되고 방수층에 고인 물이 낙차에 의해 내부로 유입되는 복수 개의 홈이 형성된 물 빠짐 소켓과, 상기 매립용 드레인과 연통하도록 상기 물 빠짐 소켓에 결합된 노출용 드레인을 포함하는 이중 루프 드레인을 제공함으로써 슬라브층 상에 방수처리를 위해 설치된 상기 방수층에 고여 있는 물을 상기 배수관을 통해 배수하여 상기 방수층에 고여있는 물에 의한 누수 우려와 몰타르층의 강도 저하로 인한 크랙 등을 미연에 방지할 수 있다.
