A LANE COATING MACHINE
Disclosed is a lane coating machine. The lane coating machine comprises: a main body formed to be movable along a road surface of a road by rotation of wheels installed in a driving shaft; a coating shoe arranged in a state capable of coating paint on the road surface of the road at the main body side, and formed to be loadable or unloadable for coating the paint on the road surface by operation of a handle; a bead supplier arranged at the back of the coating shoe and formed to be able to supply a bead on a coating layer of the paint via rotation of a supply roller; a bead supply driving portion provided with a transfer shaft and a connecting tool, and connectively formed to be rotated by receiving power from a driving shaft of the main body by the supply roller of the bead supplier; and a bead supply control portion linked to loading or unloading operation of the coating shoe and controlling a connection state of the bead supply driving portion.
차선도포기를 개시한다. 이러한 차선도포기는, 구동축에 설치된 바퀴들의 회전에 의해 도로의 노면을 따라 이동될 수 있도록 형성되는 본체와, 상기 본체 측에서 도로의 노면 상에 도료를 도포할 수 있는 상태로 배치되며 손잡이의 조작에 의해 노면 상에 도료의 도포가 가능하게 로딩되거나 언로딩될 수 있도록 형성되는 도포슈와, 상기 도포슈의 후방 측에 배치되며 공급로울러의 회전 동작으로 도료의 도포층 상에 비드를 공급할 수 있도록 형성되는 비드공급기와, 전달축과 연결구를 구비하고 상기 비드공급기의 공급로울러가 상기 본체의 구동축으로부터 동력을 전달받아서 회전 동작될 수 있도록 연결 형성되는 비드공급 구동부, 및 상기 도포슈의 로딩 또는 언로딩 동작과 연계하여 상기 비드공급 구동부의 연결 상태를 제어할 수 있도록 형성되는 비드공급 제어부를 포함한다.
